A Disrespectful racist boy that kept coming to speak to us at a surprise birthday party in one of their halls, very disrespectful boy pointing and charging at people but turned around to quickly go for his camera and started acting like the victim after telling us to stop the music by 7pm and for us to leave immediately, meanwhile the service was paid for until 8pm. The rude untrained boy practically came to us and told us to leave right now while we were just dancing and we immediately stopped and started trying to clean the table and tidy up only for him to return with his camera and had the audacity to say he has the audacity to record us but we had no right to record him even though no body could see what he was doing behind his camera as it was a body camera. Very shameful behaviour, that boy needs further training and people management before he is sent to adress a group of customer. We have held so many wedding and birthday parties as a group but never have we expected anything like this.

MANAGER IS A COMPLETE BULLY. Owner shouting at guest and only caring about money! I |||| Place is a dump. Hotel staff are useless, basically a homeless shelter! Unable to leave a Facebook review, however, I warn anyone not to step foot in this dive of a hotel. Please is completely run down,

Window fell off the hinges and fell off the hinges. When staff were fixing it, I caught the manager and a member of staff goin through my personal belongings. |Staff were rude, allowing guests to take drugs on the property. Constant drama at the hotel also.

Furniture all old. Walls is dirty, I live here like Homeless with my son. I ask wash my close, team say its cost 5 pound one wash. They even not drying the close and they no answer if they damage your close, because they not professionally laundry. This hotel all not right. Beds very uncomfortable, duvets too short for me and son. It's leight max 140cm. In one pillow case they push 2 pillows to make bigger pillow. In my room leather chair but condition I can say zero. Thus chair definitely need go to scrap. One wardrobe in room. But space just for couple shoes and coats. Rules very hard for Homeless people. We can't cooking, we don't have fridge in the room. Just negative feedback. Some team nice, some not really nice.
