I felt compelled to write a review to dispel all the negative reviews I've seen about this place online! I was nervous booking it, but I had truly no problems at all at this place. …

Right in center close to car park which is free at weekends and after 6pm I think. Room was a bit basic but was clean and tidy we didn't use the shower etc but looked ok. Was a self service breakfast in the B&B next door cereal toast etc which I wasn't a fan of but wife and kids loved it and they were even kind enough to source some gluten-free bread for her. Was a pleasant stay and we would use them again

Avoid avoid avoidAbsolutely disgusting, bedroom well there is no comment to be made, think health & safety would have a field day with this place, over priced for a 2 star, infact I've stayed in better 2 star hotels, the lady well the rude one shall we say, when checking in wasn't very helpful or pleasant. This could be a lovley b&b with the right person running it and putting the time amd effort into decor. Shame as its very central to all.pubs bar and restaurant.

Great location for our stop on the way north. Pretty clean. We had four single beds and our own bathroom which was great. Friendly staff. Value for money. Paid parking nearby.

The proprietor did tell me it was an attic room and very small and had a shared bathroom. The price (£45 cash), reflected the size. Given the lack of rooms in Oban at the time I took it. …

Beds are okay. You must share a bathroom. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Location is great. I will look elsewhere for lodging next time.

Room was clean, and bed was comfy.Shared bathroom was clean, and I never had a clash to get in there.Pretty old doors so you need a big old key to lock your room inside or out otherwise the door wouldn't close properly. Rather thin walls so sound travels but wasn't too much of an annoyance with respectful guests. It's a busy town but its probably worth paying a little more to get the B&B extras over just a room.

I was first worried about going to this place after reading bad reviews but staying here I got a different experience. My attic room was clean and there was nothing wrong with it. The woman checking me in was lovely . I did have a nice few days here.My only issue was my door being hard to open and close. If you're over 5ft 5 do not book a single attic room or you will bang your head. Also breakfast isn't included.Overall a lovely place much cheaper than everywhere I would recommend.
