Room was small but ok, bathroom tiny. For nearly $200 I expected more. No breakfast, and they told me they had parking for our motorcycles, but when we got there the story changed. It was a minuscule alley that our bikes would not fit or on street (and unless you parked early, no spots!). Luckily the folks across the street allowed us to use their lot. There was nowhere to sit other than the small room. Every other place we stayed over 8 nights had a sitting room to hang out, breakfast and parking. But beds were comfortable and room was clean

I guess not all the rooms are of equal quality. We had three people in a 150 square foot room (of which about 35 square feet are for the bathroom).  …

The guy went out of his way to find me a parking spot, there’s very few but the location is fabulous for city centre access. My friend and I were staying overnight needing a twin room, and the room was immaculately clean but, and a big but, there was no quilt on one of the beds (I had to use the two bath towels)and the mattress desperately needs to be renewed, I got very little sleep because of it. It was noisy and I could feel every spring. We were only staying overnight so a good night sleep was the most important factor and had it not been for the mattress I would’ve easily given this place a five!

My friends and I have been here for one night on our roadtrip through Scotland. We where allowed to park the car in front of the BnB.||The owner is a really nice guy. We arrived there and spontaneously booked the rooms. The rooms where tidy and clean and the rooms where not expensive at all!

My travel companion had to cancel so I tried to cancel my reservation a full 20 days before expected arrival. They refused to refund the amount that I had paid in full. This is a complete rip off. You never know when your plans might change. Don’t get stuck lying for a room you never get to stay in!!!

This hotel is very clean and it had lots of space for us when we visited. Our room also had a bathroom right across from it! The B&B was in a great location, right in the centre of Inverness with everything that we needed near us! Best of all the owner was very kind and helpful and helped us settle in really well!!
