I was disappointed to learn just a week before my arrival that there would be no restaurant service on the two weekend evenings of my stay, and unfortunately, no explanation was provided for this inconvenience. …

We stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is within walking distance of the market in Inverness. The restaurant, located on the ground floor, offers a pleasant atmosphere, especially in the morning when sunlight streams through the glass panes overlooking the parking area. They also provided a vegetarian breakfast that was both filling and much appreciated. Our room, however, was on the first floor and felt quite small and dark, with no view. On the bright side, the bathroom was nicer compared to the rest of the room. Our main focus was on exploring Loch Ness and its surrounding areas, rather than Inverness itself. For fellow travelers with similar plans, we recommend staying at this hotel for just one night and then moving further down on day two. We found ourselves driving back and forth, repeating the same route on our second day—a situation that could have been avoided had we checked out earlier. The drive was definitely worth a repeat though.

We went as part of a coach tour and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel, staff and food where excellent. Our bedroom was massive and very clean. The added bonus was the swimming pool and sauna. Very quiet location. Evening meal was nice and hot and the breakfast was superb.

Bedroom was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. My one complaint was staff member sitting at a table with "customers:" (friends?) and discussing management - this was 'disrespectful. It was unprofessional of that staff member.  …

Our room was spacious and clean. It was also quite and comfortable to sleep as there is a small entrance space and a second door to the room that isolates all the sound well. Breakfast was rather unhealthy, only fruit available, no vegetables but this was a minor thing. Delicious desserts. The pool and outdoor areas look rather overseen and need a proper maintenance.Thank you for supporting Ukraine!

As other reviewers have said, the staff are very friendly, however I was not impressed with the hotel. It was well overpriced for what it was. My main complaint was the fact I could hear my neighbours use their toilet loud and clear. …
