My boyfriend and I stopped here for a night while attending a local family event. This place does exactly what it says on the tin, and does it just fine. …

Hotel cancelled my pre-paid reservation a week and a half before my booking due to "overbooking in their system". I booked my room on June 8, 2024, almost 2.5 months before my stay.I found this extremely unprofessional and left me scrambling to find alternate accommodations, all of which were much more expensive than when I originally booked. I also found it funny that they could cancel my reservation without notice, but on my end the reservation was non - refundable(as you can see in my confirmation email).Additionally, due to exchange rates being different when booking and when being refunded, I ended up being refunded less than what I originally paid and they have not responded to my request for a solution to this.Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation if you want to be sure that you will have a place to stay.

If I could give Guesthouse a zero rating I would. The place stinks and is falling to bits. Was kept awake all night with a neighbour across the hall shouting at themselves ALL night. Phoned the owner who did nothing. Avoid like the plague. I'll hold my breath for a refund.

So bloody awful I didn’t stay.Arrived and saw how dirty it was and a shared bathroom.Called a taxi and booked elsewhere.Still waiting for a refund.|No person on site and dodgy other guests.Would not stay there even if paid too.Absolute joke of a place.Avoid!!

The bed was so uncomfortable, it was solid. I stayed 2 nights and left with my back killing me and shattered. The boiler made alot of noise which was very irritating. |Such a shame as the rest of the room was fine. …

Saturday night ruined for my sons surprise birthday in Glasgow.Have nowhere to stay and you've decided to cancel with not even an attempt of a phone call just an email. This is a very busy weekend and I firmly believe you have canceled my booking and have charged higher rates to the current guests. It's no coincidence you can't get a cheap hotel This week and my booking has somehow double booked through a computer system?Lol you're either a bunch of liars or your system is bad.Jamie on the desk is a nice guy and helpful but otherwise I'm raging and left with two days to find a hotel within my price range.I booked this a month ago.One very annoyed non customer.

We stayed 2 nights because it was close to the airport. The first impression was not good. Our host's first words to us were rude. Asked is we spoke English when he finally came to the door. I don't think his intercom worked! The room had a funky smell and there was a big stain on the carpet. I think the sheets were clean, at least they smelled fresher, because believe me, I checked before crawling into that bed. The bathrooms were updated but filthy. The bath mats were stained. I don't think they wash anything? We've stayed in alot of B&B's, guest houses and hotels and this place is by far the worst place. Also, I think he may have double charged us for one night, because we booked online for the one night, but we arrived a day early and asked if we could book another day and stay 2 nights, he wanted cash, which we paid, but I think the online payment went through as well. This was on Sept 20 and 21st 2023. It's a shame because I think it could be a really nice place if they put the effort into it.
