Compact but so comfortable. Absolutely love the electric adjustable beds (first I've seen in a hotel) - perfect for small rooms as it's shorter when the upper half of bed is raised, making the room more spacious and acts as sofa. …

This will be first and last stay.No tea / coffee in the rooms, we were told we needed to go to floor 7 to get coffee. Went to floor 7 and were told you have to buy tea and coffee.Never stayed in a hotel where you cannot have a drink without buying it.Now wondering if maybe the water is not drinking water in the rooms and hence no kettle.Reception staff were apologetic, but I got the impression they have been asked many times about the facilities, understand why they have a security guard, but their comment of "there are shops you can go and buy coffee and milk" was not very well thought out, or polite, I could go and buy a kettle as well. 😲Shame really as the room seems ok, not the cleanest, but fairly large.Certainly not value for money. Instead of relaxing in the room, I am now off to buy some water, so we can have something to drink without having to go off to floor 7.All in all not a relaxing stay, lots of noise from the corridor, you can hear every foot step and word. On a plus note we didn't have noise from adjacent rooms, but they may have been empty. On my last note, we were not able to wake up and have a coffee before leaving the room. 👎

This hotel has a great local, very central which was great for us. From reading reviews, the rooms were very small so we decided to book a larger room. There was plenty of space and floor space. The toilet and shower were both clean. …

We booked four rooms here for ourself and family to stay for our wedding in Glasgow. The hotel staff were amazing and so accommodating. We had to swap rooms due to space for a baby but this wasn't a problem. Rooms are amazing, big windows and lovely funky lighting. Beds were so comfortable. Located right next to Central Station which is a massive bonus. Overall, an excellent stay and we will definitely be back!

First class room is aptly named. Very spacious and comfortable. Had a great view of Glasgow too. Bed was extremely comfortable. Rooms were surprisingly quiet given the downtown location. Only issue was internet was unavailable most of the stay, but staff informed me of this on arrival. It didn't affect my enjoyment of the place. Would recommend and stay here again.

A decent hotel. The central location is fantastic, central station a minutes walk away, the St Enoch subway station 3 mins away and there us a taxi rank across the street. We had a premium queen room. It was of modest size but the space was efficiency used. We had a window, the view wasn't up to much but that isn't the hotels fault. The bed was comfy and electronically able to retract up or down. The room had a "cooler" rather than a fridge, which was not functioning at all. The shower was good.We didn't have breakfast at the upstairs bar, but we did go for a meal and it was not good at all.We had a bit of a discount on the room so it was great value for money. If we hadn't I probably wouldn't say the same to be honest.

Between 3.5-4 stars. Staff were lovely and helped ensure I was settled as my original booking was messed up through a 3rd party site.Fantastic area of town. Room was a bit small and TV didn't work properly. I liked the toilet and shower separation, and fantastic toiletries. Maybe I'm too north American, but was a bit too energy efficient. Lights would just randomly go off if I didn't move enough.Bed was good, pillows were bad.Was a bit more on the expensive side especially for how little amenities, however the decor and layout and overall vibe made up for it. Would most likely stay here again. The bar upstairs was nice too, a bit expensive and cashless which sucks for us tourists but I digress.

Not a big fan of this hotel. The rooms are modern but very small and basic. The shower is in the room itself, not very pleasant when travelling with friends or family. Cleaning could be more thorough, there was a hair in bed when we arrived. Also a lot of noise, the walls are not very soundproof. Location is great though, near city centre and Central Station. And the staff is friendly too.

The room was tiny for 2 people. There was no space to walk about or get ready. The room was poorly lit and only had 1 bedside cabinet (which was the only plug socket location too). There was no tea and coffee in the room and reception and the restaurant didn't answer their phones when we rang to request water for the room. We mentioned to the staff that we were disappointed with the room as soon as we arrived and they said we would need to pay for an upgrade to move to a bigger room. We then spoke to the manager, asking politely if they can do anything to make our stay better and she said that we knew what we were getting as the dimensions of the room are on the website and it doesn't state that there are tea and coffee facilities. She reiterated we can pay extra for an upgrade. The staff avoided us for the remainder of our stay and refused to smile anytime we interacted with them. Their customer service was very poor and they had no clue how to keep their guests happy. I am giving a star because the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice.
