We enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay in early September. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless and felt like we were the first to stay in it. Spacious with a nice view down to the loch. …

There is a recent review here critisizing the customer service and the food. I can't believe they were staying at the same place. | The customer service was fantastic. So friendly and accommodating and the food was amazing. …

This place is stunning! Lovely location, a tranquil drive around Loch Ness to get to the hotel, lots of parking. The room (number 3) was spotless and huge! with a lovely high pressure shower. …

We stayed with friends at the campsite near by. First time for us but our friends have been for dinner at the Craigdarroch Hotel many times and told us we must try the food. …

We stayed here for one night on a mini tour of Loch Ness. Firstly what an outstanding location, yes not necessarily easy to find as it’s up a dirt track but worth that for the view alone - stunning. …

We came for a few drinks when staying at Loch Ness Shores and it was great. Its dog friendly outside and inside in the bar area. Beautiful views across Loch Ness and the Loch Ness Shores Site itself. Its only a short walk up the hill from the camping site.

Before I get on with my review, the one star review by a previous guest is baffling to me. If this place can’t satisfy your needs then there’s always Gleneagles! …

Avoid at all costs: the customer service is appalling.||Breakfast is only served from 8.30 - 9.30. We needed to leave by 8am one morning and politely asked the night before whether we might have breakfast early.  …

What a find! Gorgeous surroundings, gorgeous hotel, gorgeous grounds, fantastic staff, fantastic room, delicious food. Not really much more I can say apart from we stayed in 8 hotels on our trip and this was the best.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a nice place to stay after our trip up Ben Nevis and after a bit of searching I couldn't resist the lake view of Loch Ness that the Craigdarroch provides. The room was supremely comfortable. The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful and the food was so **** good I struggle to find the vocabulary to describe it.If you're in the Highlands, stay here. I regret only booking one night.
