I stay here semi frequently for work/study and every visit the staff are great (particularly the restaurant staff) and the food is good! Rooms are always clean and well kept. The gym is good- would maybe be nice to have a bit more equipment but it’s again always clean and has a water fountain and towels etc. the view over the river is really nice and the beds are comfortable!

The location is really good, breakfast is perfect with beautiful view on the river. The staff was great. Parking neither big nor small, we found a spot easily and we arrived at around 8pm.

I have always been under the impression that the Hilton Hotel was a premier chain but this is definitely not the case here!Had a 1 night stay here using a Hilton "be my guest " voucher that was given to me because of a previous disappointing stay under the promise my original complaint was a 1 off!Rooms are very very tired with stains on walls and carpets, bed was ridiculously uncomfortable and clearly a very old mattress, bathroom was grubby and sink unit had a large crack/bash, also thick dust ontop of wardrobe !Have to say apart from that the bar/ restaurant staff were very friendly.I had a 3 night stay booked here for an event next year but have now cancelled and booked elsewhere!

Rooms are fairly small by comparison to most Hiltons, but my experience is mostly in America. Mini-bath is barely passable. Reasonably up-to-date. Staff ranges from okay to really friendly. Jen in restaurant is outstanding! And a couple of the front desk ladies are exceptional. Most cafe staff is nice. Biggest complaint is that the bar has a rule against making a simple drink - a white Russian. I understand the war issue, but rename the stupid thing!! All the ingredients are on the shelf, so call them the Hilton Protest cocktail.

An “industrial” hotel , rooms have all the basics , modern fittings with shower, comfortable bed reliable hot water and heating. Busy travellers bar and basic dining. The main attractions are its city centre parking (chargeable) and it is only a two hundred metre walk to the OVO if you’re going to a show and want to stay overnight. The alternative is a struggle to get parked and then spend an hour trying to get out the OVO parking after the show. Good view of the river Clyde.

Let me begin this review by saying that it was not my wife and I's first choice to stay here. We were visiting Glasgow to learn more and appreciate more about Scotland, and just "wow". We were not disappointed in any aspect of our stay. The hotel restaurant and bar is fantastic. Dani was fantastic and gets a shoutout here specifically, as well as the bartenders who were so friendly and welcoming. The location is prime for quick rides to anything and it's quite walkable to anything else. The price was very adequate and the value here is quite a bit. The rooms were in great order. The laundry rooms were in fully functional order (which was great as my wife and I were out of clean clothes to wear.) Would recommend, and per the some staff's request we will absolutely be revisiting Scotland. 👌 👍

I stayed here a few weeks ago as I was training for work nearby. I arrived on a Sunday and it was a beautiful day and there was a dj playing outside and the atmosphere was amazing! Everyone was having fun! Staff members were so pleasant and helpful, especially Allan at breakfast, he always came over for a chat and asked if I was enjoying my stay. Food was amazing, Best iv had in a while! Would definitely stay again!

Waited over 20 minutes to complete our check in (had already done most of it online). When checking out, the lady at the desk was on her phone texting and rolled her eyes when we asked for a printed receipt. The walls in our room were scuffed up as were other rooms we noticed as we walked past. The carpet and even chairs were dirty. We got a good deal on the room but since it was part of the Hilton brand we thought we lucked out. No, it would do better to change the name to Econolodge and manage expectations.
