Positives of this hotel are that it's clean and is easy to access from the airport and fine for a one night stay.Breakfast was good but continental only.Negatives are my room was small, the shower is like a camper van module plonked in the room. Less a restaurant and more like a snack bar and there are very limited options for eating elsewhere if you don't have a car with you. Was pricey for what you get in my opinion.

Hotel is well located nearby a direct tram line to the city centre. Room was spacious but not satisfied at all with the cleaning service. There were several hairs around the room that weren’t ours. My towel was full of make up stains. One morning they only made one bed out of the two. The next morning they hadn’t made any of the beds. Also took away floor towel for the shower without replacing it. Cleaning staff also came into the room when we were in it.

Perfect location. 2 mins to tram. Take family day pass for 10pounds and off u go.Hotel is clean , easy to reach, no nonsense.Breakfast is basic given that its budget (no eggs I mean , but it’s ok).Coffee tea 24/7. Bar and buy a/w anytime. Some staff are knowledgeable and some not but google is good enough.Walls are thin… but kids should be noisy.Overall good choice if you want to work or your Ed for 3-4 days.

We stayed here to attend RARE in the city centre. Perfect location for ease of use of the tram, doesn’t take too long to get in to the city either.Rooms very clean and comfortable and free tea and coffee all day from the machine. We had breakfast included- basic continental but something for everyone.Staff were very friendly- just a note that you have to pay to park at this hotel, which is £5 per day

Chose this hotel as very reasonably priced compared to others close to the airport. Airport was very easy to get to via tram which stops nearby. Staff on the desk were pleasant enough but seemed distracted doing other jobs. We were very pleased with the room - nice and clean and size we would expect for a budget hotel. Only downside was there was little privacy using en suite bathroom.

Great spot to stay if you are headed to the Edinburgh airport. We stayed one night prior to departure , as it is 3 stops via tram to airport and our flight was early. Service was smooth and staff were kind. Rooms are small, definitely nothing fancy- hence the “budget” in the title. Would not recommend this hotel unless you are seeking the airport, as it is a bit removed from the city center. Overall, fine accommodation and convenient for airport commute.

Beds very comfy and I slept well. However, not much space around the twin beds. No privacy showering as you step out of the shower straight into the bedroom. The toilet door had a few inches gap at the bottom and the top so not private. However, the shower was very good, nice lighting and the whole space was spotlessly clean. Staff were nice and very busy but seemed to be struggling with keeping enough crockery and cutlery for breakfast. Tram stop a short walk away so easy to get into the city. Absolutely okay for a night or two but, if sharing a room, you need to be prepared for a lack of toilet/shower privacy.

If your looking for rooms that resemble 1970's hospital rooms, look no further. This is one step up from a hostel, and I'm not joking. The room is completely made of wood. The beds are only 2 inches thick, there is no carpet on the floor, and no place to put any of your things. The only saving grace for this place is that1. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and2. It has its own bar because it is legit out in the middle of nowhere.

I have stayed here a few times for work, handy for travelling with either the train or tram into Edinburgh. Most recently, the hotel was very busy and quite noisy, even through the night. Nice staff and clean rooms make up for it, bed is always comfy!

Quite expensive for facilities. Good breakfast. Be careful where you park. We arrived after 11pm in the dark and parked in the nearest car park. Just received parking fine for £60
