This is a lovely hotel situated on the Main Road a few miles from Dumfermline with a bus stop right outside and lots of parking to the rear of the hotel. The rooms are lovely and clean. Tea coffee and biscuits provided in the room. Food in the restaurant was very tasty, well priced and nicely prepared. Staff were all very pleasant. I would definitely visit again.

Overall the hotel is nice however, the beds are so uncomfortable and rock hard. Pillows are very flat as well so would recommend bringing your own. Service was good and the staff are helpful and friendly. Room is a good size.

Stayed here as a couple for one night. Room was large, clean, minimalistic and warm. Good sized bathroom with a large walk in shower. Breakfast was adequate and plentiful for us. Free parking in a secure area. …

Awful atmosphere in restaurant. The only music was the loud base of dance music in the function room reverberating throughout the building. ||Food was atrocious. My "ribeye" steak was not a ribeye. …

Lovely young lady on reception in the evening. She offered to set me up with a sandwich as I was missing breakfast. Very clean room with tea/coffee making facilities and two lots of biscuits. A good price and handy for Edinburgh airport. I would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The room was good but a bit in need of decorating but bed very comfy. Staff were very welcoming and mannerly. Food was lovely and the entertainment made it a bit special for our anniversary. Would recommend.

The dining area of this establishment has lots of character, warmth and is very well laid out. Could not fault any of the young staff who were polite and friendly. The menu and quality of food however needs an overhaul. …

On arrival there’s plenty of parking and the checking in process was nice and easy. The public areas are tidy & modern and look great. The room was disappointing. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom was tired. Shower didn’t work, and 2 lights were also out. Reception did come to try and get the shower working and then offered me another room although by this stage I’d unpacked and decided running a bath would be fine just not as quick. Water from the taps was either lava hot or cold. Some others in our party said the same about the water and couldn’t get the TVs to work. WiFi was easy to use and a good speed.Restaurant service was superb, the food in the evening was good and nicely presented. Breakfast was mediocre. Toaster took forever! All the staff were really friendly and helpful, a credit to the hotel.
