Lovely guest house. Great location in an area that felt safe. Welcoming staff. Very large and comfortable / clean room. Close to the beach and a short walk to the town centre. Only passing through so spent only one night but would certainly recommend.

I stayed by myself in a smaller single bed room and it was prefect for me! It was clean, well kept, and had all the necessities. The bathroom was clean and the shower was spacious. Seamless check in/out process and easy parking. Very close to the ocean/beach.

Apparently we shouldn’t expect a room to be serviced every day. So, for 3 days we came back to dirty, wet towels and no refresh of the tea/coffee. The dirty spoons were exactly how we’d left them. Never had this problem before. …

This hotel is situated out from the centre of the town on a quiet street. Our room had a distant sea view and was very nicely decorated. We managed to get the last space in the car park although there was plenty of on road parking too. …

Brilliant hotel near the coast of Nairn. Very friendly staff on arrival and departure, about a twenty minute walk to the train station if you’re heading to Inverness at any point.Rooms were clean and well kept, the shower pressure was quite low, however. The room was extremely hot when we walked in but was solved quickly just by opening the windows and closing the curtains for a moment. We didn’t go down to bar as we were only stopping for a few hours overnight, but it was a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Nairn.

Came recently for a Sunday roast as per advertisement on Facebook page, however when we arrived there was no roast on offer. There was a good choice on the menu however. Having seen pictures of the macaroni on the Facebook page, I decided to order that. What came from the kitchen was not the same as the Facebook photos, no where near. I ate it, but did not enjoy it. My friend had lasagna which was dripping in grease on arrival. We sent it back but it came back more or less the same. I’d say it was heated up. We were the only people in the restaurant so would have expected a higher standard. Some items were removed from the bill thankfully however still left disappointed and hungry.

Service was excellent. Very reasonable price. In the room has everything what was needed. If there were toothbrush and toothpaste woud be even better. There is noone responding calling at midnight it's quite frustrating. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

Would have had a 4 star review if only there were more staff and/or the ones there were more on the ball.  …

Booked a table for 6 o’clock on a Saturday, booking was confirmed everything seemed okay. On Saturday noticed it said they were closed on Saturday so phoned up and were told they were closed.. we had not been informed and our special occasion was ruined as couldn’t get booked in anywhere else on such short notice. Very disappointed.
