I recently stayed here and was pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. The room was nice and spacious, equipped with good amenities that made my stay comfortable. The pool was warmed, though not super warm, but still a good temperature for a swim. Everything was clean, which is always a plus.Upon arrival, I was greeted with a delicious welcome snack, which was a thoughtful touch. The location is a bit far from the city, but it's conveniently close to a tram stop and a shopping center, making it easy to get around. However, I did notice that many of the amenities were not refilled daily, which was a bit disappointing. One standout feature was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and willing to assist with any requests. Their hospitality definitely made up for the minor inconveniences.Overall, the stay was well-priced, offering great value for the quality of service and amenities provided. I would recommend it for those who don't mind being a bit farther from the city center.

I stay over in Edinburgh frequently and choose to stay a bit further out at Edinburgh Park so that it's easier to park my car and then just hop into the centre on the tram. This hotel is perfect for that. …

Fantastic hotel - stayed here quite a few times and have recommended it to friends. Good distance from the city via the frequent tram service ( buy a 2/3/4 day tram ticket from Edinburgh Trams) . …

We had a spa day here and it was a fantastic day outSteam room, sauna and swimming pool with 1 part jacuzzi. Pool temperature was just rightFood was amazing 2 courses from a set menu either starter and main or puddingOnly minor issue was no drinking water in pool area ... we didn't know there was drinking water in the gym but we didn't have key.Perhaps at check in to advise if u want water to get key for gym to get it or put a water fountain in the swimming areaDidn't stay in rooms so can't commentHope to come back

We recently stayed at Novotel Edinburgh, and I cannot express how incredible our experience was. My partner had arranged a surprise for my birthday, and the hotel went above and beyond to make it special. The room was beautifully decorated with a stunning bouquet, rose petals, balloons, and card. It was all so thoughtfully arranged and made the occasion truly unforgettable!Aside from the surprise, everything else during our stay was perfect. The staff were extremely kind and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location was also ideal, with a tram stop right next to it, making it easy to explore the city. Our stay at Novotel Edinburgh was more than wonderful, and I can’t thank the team enough for their excellent service and attention to detail. They made my birthday celebration truly magical, and we will definitely return for future stays. Highly recommended!

Myself and my family stayed at the Novotel at Edinburgh Park for3 nights. There were 13 of us staying for my parents 50th wedding anniversary. From the moment we arrived the staff and hotel were fantastic. Very clean and child friendly hotel. The staff were very helpful and courteous, especially Elena. The room was very clean. The pool was fantastic. Very warm and relaxing. The food in the restaurant was beautiful and a very reasonable price. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the tram and train station. The tram takes 12 minutes to get to the very heart of Edinburgh, Princes Street. There is also a retail park 2 minutes walk from the hotel with lots of shops and 2 supermarkets.I will definitely be back. Absolutely recommend staying here if visiting Edinburgh.

We had an overnight stay this week as a day trip treat before a hospital admission for my daughter in Edinburgh. Because we’d come a distance & arrived before check in I popped in to ask if it was ok to park before we’d checked in. …
