Nice staff. Good place if you like Motel 6, mold and pee on bathroom walls, and dirt behind everything. Heaters barely work and windows are painted shut and you have to walk up and down two flights of stairs after exiting the elevator. If you are an American stay next door at the Best Western Premier Hotel & Spa for the same price, +pool, +spa, and +free parking. I couldn't wait to escape this outdated and less than clean place. We used our towels to walk on after showering, if that explains it all.

Was a bit sceptical of staying here after reading reviews but could not fault it. Excellent short stay at Leonardo hotel in Inverness, a short 5 min drive from town centre, next to a busy road and train line. …

On the outskirts of Inverness, about 7 to 10£ for a taxi, but you get free car parking. Decent enough hotel, bought some food and drink - tasty and reasonable price.. Rooms are good size and received a goody bag - nice touch..

Had a slog of journey and was late and tired and could not have had a more welcoming reception from a warm team. When I arrived there was a manager training a member of staff and was supportive and kind. Like that. Rooms clean and tidy lovely breakfast and perfect way to start the NC500 journey! Thank you

Nice place to stay for a quick halt. Rooms were neat and clean but bitt crampy. Windows were not working fine as there was no holder to hold it. Toilet flush refill plays hard rock music not helping you to sleep.

The reception, bar and restaurant staff were great. Our only issue was breakfast service on the first day. There were a lot of complaints heard. The team must have taken those complaints very seriously as the next morning breakfast was perfect.

This is a 2 star hotel & an unpleasant experience, here is why :-- extremely small room where we hardly had any place to even unpack/pack our luggage.- the flush doesn’t work properly (they say it’s the British way but no its broken)- room service is just for the name of it : we called to get some milk & biscuits in the room, but were rather told to come to the reception to come and get it :) WOW !! Bad hospitalityWe experienced all of this after paying £300+ for the room ? NOT AT ALL JUSTIFIED.

The service is adequate. Rooms a bit small. Food atrocious. Could be doing a lot better. Overpriced!!|So if your looking for quality, decent food and that Hotel professional feeling, so not book this place. Or book it at your peril.|By the look of certain reviews it looks as if owners may be adding to reviews!!!!!

Lovely food and nice accommodation, but the value of this hotel is the extremely friendly, personable and accommodating staff. It feels family run and very pleasant . The pool and jacuzzi facilities are an added bonus. We will be back - thank you!
