Lovely B&B in Lorna's home. Ground floor room with a very comfortable bed and our dog was welcome. |Shared bathroom, with a large shower. …

Characterful, homely, good value option. Comfortable for a night or two. Little storage space. Both letting rooms have washbasins, but share a bathroom down the corridor.||Friendly and flexible host, who allows some simple self-catering. …

Selkie House enjoys a fine position by the harbour. Both rooms overlook the boats etc. On arrival there were no signs about social distancing that we'd seen in other B&B's/Hotels nor was there any antiseptic hand gel. …

Lorna made us very welcome and couldn’t be more helpful if she tried. The B and B overlooks the harbour and the rooms are quirky. There is a shared bathroom. …

Just a one night stay on day two of our NC500 trip.||||Lorna lets rooms in her house and could not be more welcoming if she tried. The rooms are decorated to her taste, this isn't trying to be a hotel but it doesn't need to be.  …

Great location overlooking the harbour. Warm friendly welcome. Clean large well-appointee room. Short walk into the village where there are a couple of pubs that serve food. Would definitely stay here again.

The reviewer peppe panti needs a trip to specsavers. Selkie hse is a little gem and the landlady could not be more welcoming. We had a lovely evening watching the sunset from the bench outside the property. Bed was very comfortable and the location very quiet. Breakfast was generous. I recommend stay and decide for yourself? Grumpy peppe ?

This place was filthy and stunk like wet dog. The bedding smelt musty. The landlady looked just as unkept. The kitchen was dirty. Worst nights sleep ever.

Such a shame.... This place has been the most filthy creepy house ever.... Muold and dust everywhere.... And the owner has definitely problem to manage the situation, I felt really embarrassed for her after in front of all the evidences , she was still try to find excuse to justify the lack of higen, just an advice from a successful expertise on the hospitality industry : if a room has got problems... Don't rush the re opening, before to sell it again, just fix it properly!! Plus, never ever say to a erson with disabilities to stay home instead to ho around, because everybody has the right to try to live a normal life!! Actually if the host hasn't got anymore the passion for this hard and beautiful job.. Should just retired
