One of the worst hotel experiences! We stayed at this hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The cleanliness was nonexistent: there was hair in the sink, feces on the floor, and we later discovered the bed was infested with moths and bedbugs. My partner was covered in bites from head to toe. I would not recommend this place to anyone—an absolutely disgusting experience.

Bedbugs! 😡|The hotel has a brilliant location and a nice receptionist, but that's all that is good about it.|The beds were horrible. Everything worn down and impossible to clean well. The breakfast is a poor excuse for a meal. …

It was our first time staying at this guest house. We were very pleased with our room with ensuite. The room was spacious and cleaned. Bathroom was big enough for us.The continental breakfast was good enough.Robert the owner is very friendly and so is Brendan the front desk staff. We would definitely come back here again. I would definitely recommend my friends to stay at this guest house.

I paid around 124 pounds for a single room for a two night stay during the weekend. This is what I got for this price: When I arrived in my room, it was so small and I had two suitcases. I've stayed in hotels before and paid around the same amount of money and I had more space in my room. There was no bathroom in my room but one outside where I had to share it with other guests. My room was close to the nightclubs, but I didn't really care that much about it as I knew the nightclubs closed at a certain time, but what really annoyed me on my first night was how paper thin the walls were. The noise from another guest in the room next to me was audible. Someone at reception was watching television at full volume at 2am. I didn't expect to deal with that when I paid 124 pounds. I don't know why there's a television at reception but anyway. Around 6am or 7am, I was woken up by the noise of some man speaking. This happened to me again this morning and I politely told him off. I was able to access wifi in my room as it was close to reception. I had no hot water in the shower this morning. It was freezing cold so I couldn't take a shower. If I were to come to Inverness again, I would not choose to stay here as I didn't get value for money. This is the type of carry on I would expect at a hostel and not a guesthouse. I would be more inclined to pay for the Premier Inn or Travel lodge as at least I know what type of service I would be receiving there. I hope this review helps someone in choosing better accommodation

The rooms were smelly, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the window couldn't close, the shower didn't drain properly, there wasn't anywhere to put your clothes. At least the staff were ok and it was a good locations. there is also a nightclub next to this Guesthouse so it's very hard to fall asleep.

Dirty, poor reception service. The guy handed over key and promptly disappeared. We had bikes and nowhere to store them. They thought we should carry them up 3 flights of stairs to our room. Paid a lot of money for this dump. Go elsewhere if you have options

1 star because I couldn't put less, I don't recommend this place to anyone. We ended up check in and leaving after an hour. The rooms smelled of smoke and sewage, they were dirty and really run down. The staff was not helpful at all.Someone mentioned bed bugs so we packed our bags and left.

Excellent location. The room we had reserved was not available but the gentleman at the reception provided us with two rooms instead. He seemed to be on duty 24 hours a day, in charge of everything, was obviously tired, yet always very helpful. Would have deducted 2 stars if it wasn't for him.One of the rooms we were given seemed to be on tip a nightclub. The whole room shook with the music late into the night. This was on a saturday. Other night was fine.Ok breakfast. If you arrive by car, there is no parking outside except at night and on Sundays. Paid parking garage relatively close-by

Where do I start. The room was filthy, stained and encrusted carpet, thick dust on furniture, skirting boards, window cill and other surfaces. …
