What a genuinely wonderful experience! The family/team at Balavil is the perfect example of what a hotel stay should be - they were kind, gracious, welcoming, and helpful. …

Second time I've stayed here and as good as the first time. Despite fake leather in unpromising looking foyer the rooms are very modern, clean and quite stylish. Staff are what make it stand out - always very helpful and dinner and breakfast are decent. For the price, it's excellent.

This could either be a long or a short review.||The long review.....||As first time visitors to the hotel our expectation levels were just average: comfortable bed; good cooked breakfast and a reasonable dinner if we got that far. …

Really enjoyed our 1-night stay here last week. The bathroom was very nice, and updated. The bed was a bit older but still comfortable. We had dinner and dessert downstairs, both were excellent and reasonably priced. But the part that stuck out most was the hospitality and service. Everyone we encountered at the hotel was incredibly friendly and made our stay memorable. Would highly recommend!!
