Seems like new owners have taken over in recent years. Beautiful area, some rooms have water views, food is great and they had a selection of local beers and other drinks. You have to give them notice but the pizza was fantastic.

Lovely owners and beautiful views from a Seaview room. Very clean no restaurant as such the owner does provide breakfast and also teas coffee and I think you can order an evening home cooked meal. No bar but you can buy bottles . And there’s a little shop up the road. There is also a restaurant in the village but it is a set menu and extremely expensive no bar.theres a snack shack at ferry terminal. Nice tiffin.

We had a wonderful stay here, very personal experience as the staff were wonderful, pleasant and looked after us really well. The breakfast was delicious and local produce provided and cooked to our liking. Really lovely recommendations for where to see local wildlife (literally on the hotel doorstep!) and places to eat or visit.Really handy to be beside the ferry terminal, friendly locals, beautiful views, the whole experience was so enjoyable. We saw Otters, Stag, White-tailed sea eagles and were in the perfect location for lots more if we had more time to spend there.Beds super comfy, towels super soft, new interiors/furnishings, plenty of space and lovely games/book room &dining area.Highly recommend staying here and cannot wait to go back.

This is a splendid tiny hotel of only five rooms, run by an extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful married couple. It really felt like I was staying in a friend's house. The rooms had several amenities and were nicely decorated. The breakfast and dinner options were both fantastic, with everything cooked to order. The view of the sea from the property is outstanding. Also, since the owners live there, they can give the type of insider advice that you cannot possibly get out of a guidebook. Highly recommend this location. There was only one restaurant for dinner nearby, and it was booked solid for our entire stay. All the other restaurants are 30+ minutes away. This turned out to be okay because the host couple cooked dinner for us each night, and the food was pretty good. Nonetheless, future visitors might want to book their dinner reservations (and ferry reservations) a few weeks prior to arrival.

Lovely small hotel 500 meters from the ferry to Mull. Excellent place to visit both Mull and the mainland. Far from the nearest cities, it's more the place in Scotland to go and visit the island, the beaches, seal and dolphin spotting, do a nice castle on Mull, etc. We spend 3 days with our family (4 rooms) and we had a great couple of days. The rooms are very nice, new, clean. Breakfast very good, dinner nice. No noise of cars etc, and the sea in front.

Stayed at this hotel for work. The views overlooking the sound of mull are stunning, seen otters and porpoises. My hosts were very friendly, and Peter makes the most amazing pizzas. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. I will definitely be returning with work aswell as a holiday.
