Decent little hotel at a quiet part of town near residential area. A bit far from the town center but close to the castle. Neat rooms and helpful front desk. Has ample parking as well and a restaurant that is open till 8pm usually. Area offers good quiet walks around.

Great location. The room was large and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was a bit tired looking with flaking paint. Food was average for dinner.  …

When we arrived there was a sign saying if no one was there to find someone in the bar. I did go there and did find someone who was visibly stressed out as she had to help a couple get stuff that was not in their room when they checked in. Sure enough by the time I got my key I noticed that we had stuff also missing from our room. Towels being one of them. The receptionist was clearly not happy and had to vent to one of her co-workers in front of me which I understand but also thought it was unprofessional. They were super nice still but it just seems like there's some kind of staff shortage or lack of training. The room was really nice and clean and comfortable though and not a long walk into the main part of town. Our room was in the front where you could hear everything on the street constantly so if you have ear plugs I would bring it with you.

Travellers beware. Where do I start! I am almost embarrassed to admit that I booked this hotel. From the word go it was bad. We arrived a bit early. Reception unattended. Eventually found staff sitting around in the bar area.  …

Sorry to to write this review but the crown court in Inverness was really poor. They advertise on media and even around the hotel that they are a 'luxury hotel'. …
