I shared a room with my partner, and the room was spacious and clean. The coffee and tea in your room is free for you to consume. In terms of service, the woman who helped us check in on the 27th was so friendly and helpful! My partner and I tried their breakfast the next day, which was delicious. There were a lot of options since we chose the breakfast option that included everything (continental and hot foods). Oh, it was also unlimited! The location was also superb. It’s right along the river and you’re steps from shops, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Also, the station is about a 10-12 minute walk.Oh, and how could I forget! It was also quiet. ☺️ I got good rest here!10/10 recommend. I would stay here again if I’m in Inverness.

We stayed at the Premier River Ness before and after a three-day tour of the North Coast 500. …

Ok, first of all for those unfamiliar with the Premier Inn brand this is a budget hotel. Inverness can be very busy during peak tourist times and prices do sometimes reflect this, but it does have budget facilities. …

We had some unusual requirements for storage of bikes and having to leave very early in the morning. All staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and cheerful and nothing was too much trouble. …

Great place to stay if you’re doing the North Coast 500. It has all you need to keep to happy and warm! Very quiet, helpful staff and great location. We had a meal in the restaurant which was tasty. Overall recommend if you’re looking for a cheap but nice hotel!

This was a lovely experience which exceeded our expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful—especially Miss Maria at reception—the breakfast was reasonable and the location was perfect, right by the city centre. When I was looking for a hotel, all of the ones in the city centre had reviews saying that the nights were very noisy because of the pubs, but this hotel is across the river, so we could barely hear the sounds. I imagine staying at a hotel on the other side of the river would be a nightmare because of the noise. My parents booked one of the premier rooms, which had a view right onto the river and was lovely and very spacious. Our regular room was spacious enough as well. My only complaint would be that the wifi didn’t work at all on my phone. For the rest of my family it seemed to be fine, so maybe it was a problem on my end. Regardless, I would definitely return!

Marie epitomised the helpful, cheerful and hard working attitude that virtually all Premier Inn staff exude finding us a room with a walk-in shower instead of the allocated shower over bath (no help if a user has two broken wrists). …

Very decent room and staff for a budget hotel. It was a sizable room, and more importantly clean. Nothing special though. Only small complaint would be water pressure, but otherwise I was quite happy with what I got. I’d book again.

We needed hotel for one night. This was a good experience. Room size was comfortable and adequate -especially compared to other Highlands properties. Great location along the river close but thankfully not in the heart of tourist centre but down the street from great restaurants.
