Fantastic Hotel, my top stay on our honeymoon trip around Scotland. We stayed at a few luxury castles but even they didn’t compare to Ness Walk’s impressive service. We got complimentary champagne while checking in, the rooms were really nice and clean, the included breakfasts were great (the light bites buffet while waiting for the menu meal had awesome overnight oats and good selections) and the Bar/Dinner were also as good. Highly recommend if you are staying on a romantic trip and want nice walkable access to the city center

We had a fantastic time at Ness Walk, wish we could have stayed longer than 1 night! The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and they even helped sew the button back onto my coat. True 5 star service, highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing and welcoming accommodation in Inverness.

What a great place. The room was perfect, the food was excellent, and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice. The location makes getting around super easy. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel. And a special call out to Susan, who took especially great care of us. We will be back.

I stayed at the hotel from November 1st to November 2nd. This morning, I was having breakfast at the hotel, when I was ordering, an old guy named Dorian, I raised my hand to him, I said: Excuse me, can I order. Then he came to me. He said OK guys, it's not just you, there are many guests, so don't call me. The reason I raised my hand to call him is that I am ready to order. He can come when he is ready. Then I ordered two highland breakfasts, but we only served two fried eggs. I waited for almost 30 minutes until I asked someone, can you check with the kitchen? Then I asked Dorian, he said "I'm sorry." Meaning he didn't order this for you. I am Asian, but I have never been treated like this by anyone. I do think this is racist behavior.
