What a pleasant surprise and wonderful stay! This guest house was booked for me by Rabbie’s, during a two-day tour of the Highlands and Loch Ness, and couldn’t have been happier with the accommodation. …

Very good location, 5 minute walk into the centre, 10 mins to the station. A pretty decent breakfast with a good selection of hot and cold food, and a decent amount of gluten free food too. Room was basic but spotlessly clean. Stayed there over thirty years ago when it was run by someone with a very idiosyncratic and dogmatic regime so it's definitely improved under the new management

I stated with my family for one night. The room was very tidy and clean. The location is great near the city centre. The car parking next to the guesthouse is affordable and manageable. The customer service downstairs is amazing. Particularly, Wayne was very helpful helping us not only navigating the rooms of the guesthouse but also giving us information and flyers about the main touristic locations around Inverness. Thanks Wayne!Highly recommended.

This lodge is really like 4 houses one next to the other. We were in the very first one, where reception and breakfast are. Check in and check out were very quick. …

Great location! Right across from the cathedral and where the Hairy Coo bus drops off and picks up. There is a wonderful bakery around the corner and it’s walking distance to downtown.

A decent stay. Good location and parking is cheap. Staff at reception were friendly. The room was pretty bashed up with damaged paintwork, a leaking tap and wasn't quite clean as there were cobwebs, hairs and dust about the room and bathroom. The bed was rather uncomfortable and could do with a better mattress. I would stay again thanks to the location but I would hope for a cleaner room next time.

My family and I just completed our Scotland vacation. We stayed one night at the Ardross (2 rooms) because we drove to Isle of Skye the next day. The cost was very reasonable (we booked direct) and check in was easy and the lady was nice. Our rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. It was a little noisy due to traffic but we expected that. We paid extra for breakfast and everything was ready at 7 am. Plenty of options to choose from and everything was very clean.
