When I booked the inn, I wasn’t expecting much, as my options were limited, but this place far exceeded expectations. It’s well above your typical small village inn, with rooms that meet luxury hotel standards. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The restaurant offers delicious dishes, especially the seabass (reservation is highly recommended). Sarah, who is part of the team, was truly a standout—her energy and positivity made her a joy to be around. Even with the restaurant packed and a few small mistakes, she maintained a smile, engaging in fun conversations with guests—a skill even employees at luxury hotels often lack! We truly appreciated her professionalism and warmth. My only suggestion would be to extend the restaurant and bar hours, as the experience was so enjoyable, we wished it could last a little longer.

Lovely staff. The lovely owner served me coffee even though he was closed and let me use the bathroom. Beautiful spot outside to sit and enjoy a nice coffee. I cooked breakfast outside and enjoyed the most gorgeous view! I would highly recommend if you’re staying the night or popping in like I did for a day trip.

This inn was just perfect for our stay at the Isle of Skye! They have wellies and binoculars for you to use. May seem silly but made my day. We also had dinner in the restaurant; so good! Our breakfast was included with our stay and we took advantage of it. The hosts are so kind and there to make your stay the best.

Lovely venue- blessed with a stunning view, good sized room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. We stayed in the adjoining house with access to a shared lounge. Breakfast was slick as pre-ordered . Other eating options a kilometer away but we had no need to eat out as the evening meal food was excellent.

Breakfast is not good at all. Same set menu everyday that you have to choose the night before and hand to reception the night before by 9pm. Pillows terribly uncomfortable, ended up needing acupuncture. Bed also uncomfortable. Windows in room don't open and no aircon. Struggled to sleep as it was a warm night. Reception cannot be contacted from the room so you need to go down to reception to ask for assistance or iron. Reception not always manned. Parking across the road from the hotel. No lifts or ramps available. Very limited gluten free options. I would skip breakfast here completely, not worth the amount charged. Not a buffet. Far from most attractions. Can hear guests in the next room and shower which is a disturbance. Room is slanted which is a bit off putting as it can create a feeling of vertigo.

Room, located in the house next door, resembles my student digs from the 1980s. Woodchip wallpaper in a feature free room. No mirror or storage, no hairdryer. Definitely not worth the price charged. Staff were friendly but that's the only positive thing I have to say.

This place is so well done. The decor is very similar to a very expensive boutique hotel I’ve stayed at in Austin, but at a much more affordable price! Location is fantastic, there are stunning seas views, walkable to the water, the service is outstanding and super friendly! Made me want to stay an additional night. Don’t miss a chance to stay here. 🥰
