Nothing flash just a warm welcome, clean and tidy, owners and staff are so lovely. Stayed there twice now long term. Way better than some fancy hotel. Great location and prices.

I have stayed at this B&B many times over the past 2 months for work. I have stayed in several of the rooms and can say that they all are furnished well and the same decor through out. …

ConsUnfortunately not doing breakfasts anymore, even though all the signage in the rooms says otherwise. The place was quite rundown, and the TV didn't work in my room. I think it has changed hands since previous good reviews. Seems to be more set up for permanent lodgers. Also that weird English ensuite thing where the shower is actually located in your room. Unfortunately the shower head was broken, so was only able to shower by holding the shower head.ProsWas conveniently located. It was clean. Service was polite, though reluctant.

I stayed one night here at this guest house in crawley as I was departing from Gatwick the next morning. The room was clean and well presented with the facilities you would expect from a well known hotel chain.  …

We totally agree with reviews posted by others. The rooms were shabby - if a refurbishmnet has been recently carried out (as per guesthouse's website) we dread to think what they were like before.  …

The room and bathroom were very small and simple but clean. The bed was old and excessively soft, ditto the pillows. …

I've lived here for two weeks in 2005. Checked in directly after a 15 hour journey which included two flights. The landlady back then was very helpful and made me something from the kitchen even after it was closed. The rooms are small, but the hosts are very gracious.

Rooms basically clean but poor quality. Batthroom door would not lock. House again basically clean, very basic but untidy. Very poor choice for breakfast. The guest house might be aimed at tradesman but having stayed in a lot of B&B's this one just doesn't cut it. Would definitely not stay there again.

The entrance to the B&B is a rather dark sad looking and has institutional feel or hostel style. Breakfast room is not very welcoming either. …

Found this to be one of the cheapest hotels in Crawley, stopped here overnight for business. The owners were very friendly and helpful, can't thank them enough for their help. …
