Our 2nd visit here and was impressed with the refurbishment of some parts of this hotel. The new dining room was spacious and modern. Plus the gym was a great addition. The breakfast is always perfectly cooked and prepared by Marcella. …

I stayed here for 4 days. The Hotel is fantastic and in a great location, 15min walk to Emsworth, 10 min from a Co-Op and shops, parks, church and playground. It has recently been refurbished and is very modern and clean. …

Excellent in all respects with the highlight being the on-site fitness suite. Lots of off-road parking, excellent breakfast and the room was clean and comfortable. Be aware that this is a very warm hotel so you will probably need to open the window in your room.

I thought the rooms were a little bit poky and could maybe have done with more of a refurb. Shower in my room struggled to spark into life. Good location and excellent cooked breakfasts were the highlights. Would have no qualms staying here again, but lacked the wow factor.

Beautiful BnB, incredible service-very friendly staff, great breakfasts, and lovely, clean rooms. The only downsides were the creaky beds and the pillows, which made sleeping a bit difficult.

We just stayed here for the bank holiday weekend, the hotel and staff were very accommodating and helpful as we have a 6month old baby. The rooms were beautiful and very clean. The breakfast was lovely, the owner was very friendly and added a nice touch by putting up the Irish ☘️ flag. They have a really cute cafe as the back that has great coffee!

A nice place with great taste for interior. We had a couple of hot days and weren't able to stand the heat as there's no AC and no fan. Breakfast was nice and overall good experience.
