My friend and I stayed here on Friday 18th October. A brilliant location just perfect, unfortunately that is the only good thing i can say about. From springs sticking out of the mattress, to faulty lights, not central light so room appears dark. However the worst is the noise, although we were told on arrival it would be a quiet night and finish early. It didn't and at 2am when the music ended the staff then made a lot of noise moving the furniture under a canopy which lasted nearly an hour. I can't believe they think people of any age would be able to sleep through such noise

Lovely little hotel in the heart of Chester, room was nice & spacious with a comfy bed. Loved that we had a mini fridge (empty) & ice bucket - even though we did the use them, always handy if we did. As well as coffee & tea making facilities. Loved the shower too! All in all great value for money

Great central location, easy access to transport links and Chester attractions. Nicely appointed rooms. Noisy at weekend nights due to live music in the courtyard but this shouldn’t be a surprise as the accommodation is upfront about it.

Popped in last week as me and my family had the day out in Chester, lovely bar and lovely staff. However considering the bar wasn’t busy they had the music blaring to the point we couldn’t hear each other speak. …

My partner and I had decided to spend a couple nights in Chester to celebrate our anniversary. We went out into Chester for a few drinks in the evening and we followed the booming music to the bar here. …

Pleasantly surprised. I'd never been they had an outside stage and shop which was very busy. The bars all needed more staff and more payment machines. Drinks were good. Bouncers in sight so felt safe and toilets were busy an staffed.
