I had the most wonderful spa overnight stay at the Quay and it’s one I’ll treasure in my memories. ||||The suite was clean, spacious with the most gorgeous view of the estuary. …

Highly recommended. We stayed for 3 nights with a fantastic view of the inlet. There were some issues with the rooms whilst we were there, but these couldn’t be helped and the hotel dealt with them exceptionally. Our short stay was wonderful and without doubt we would return and/or recommend the hotel.

Visited this nice hotel in October on arrival we were met with a very polite receptionist who asked us to sit down and have a drink and then I’ll take it back to our room when the room is ready. …

What a fantastic place! The views were stunning. The spa was heavenly with a good size pool and a great selection of saunas/steam rooms etc. The food was excellent, familiar fare with a decadent twist. …

It was our first time staying in this hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted nicely to check in. Our room was lovely, spacious and with a very comfortable bed to sleep on. The grounds are really pretty and well kept. The spa, pool and steam/sauna areas and changing rooms were also very nice and well kept. More than enough parking space is available. We had breakfast in the restaurant, and room service all excellent. We had treatments in the spa which is beautiful and relaxing. The staff here were also friendly, respectful and professional.

We received our evening meal my husbands blade of beef arrived cold which was taken away so I was eating alone, when the food returned it had clearly been reheated in an oven or microwave as the vegetables and chips looked awful, as I had …

We treated ourselves to a spa treatment here as part of our visit to Wales. The back massage I had was too short for me , intense but worth it. After what was a lovely treatment we got refreshed and headed to Jackdaw, I would certainly recommend visiting even if not staying

Great staff, nice and clean and good rooms.Cooked breakfast was good although we didn't care much for the sausages.Evening meal in the restaurant was nice, desserts are OK but virtually every option contains sorbet. We opted for the cheeseboard, expensive but a good range of cheeses 🧀Second night we had fish & chips in the bar, best fish I've eaten in a long time, thick cut chips were great too, if you're coming here I strongly suggest you try them.Car parking can be tricky when there's an event on but usually easy to find a space.Excellent views of the estuary from the restaurant and bar and also from your room if you're prepared to pay the premium.Had a great massage from Sophia in the Spa this morning. They told us we had to pay £25 for two hours of swimming in their pool, this came as a surprise as last time we came to this hotel it was free for guests? We enjoyed our visit and will come here again.
