We spent a night here while on holiday. It was fabulous. Super evening meal, top quality and generous portions. Marvelous nights sleep, wonderfully quiet, very comfortable bed in a spacious room. Amazing choice at breakfast which kept us going all day. A lovely walk in the nature reserve by the bay before we left. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again

Nice hotel in a great location. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Absolutely beautiful views from the balcony, too. Checking in service from reception staff was great. Breakfast was good, no ques, still plenty available, and we headed down towards the end of service.However, being a 5-star hotel and for the price per night, I was expecting more.We popped into the bar for a quick drink before bed, and the staff were winding down for the evening, but it was still open. However, we were not made to feel very welcome at all! The drinks were expensive, and a service charge was added, which we didn't notice until paid up and back in the room. It was rather frustrating, given the service we had received!

We stayed two nights in September 2024. The restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner. The view from our balcony of the harbor was great. Also, nice that the wetlands reserve is so close. Had no problem getting Uber rides from the hotel. The hot tub, pool and gym were first class. The staff was very helpful.

Great hotel and location. Staff were excellent as was the food. There are newer hotels and possibly smarter hotels in the UK but, having stayed at all of the major chains in Cardiff, this one is the one. Big shout to the team who made us feel very welcome and notably, Ronia. Thank you.

What a fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful, room with balcony view over bay was idyllic day and night. Didn’t try the bar and restaurant but poked our head round the door, even on a Sunday night (where most hotels are normally quiet) seemed to have a good atmosphere.Perfectly located for Cardiff bay full of bars and restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The view from both the window and the balcony overlooking the bay was absolutely breathtaking. The service was exceptional—on the morning of my departure, they kindly prepared a small breakfast package for me on very short notice since I had to leave before the regular breakfast hours. I highly recommend this place!
