This hotel was conveniently located approximately 20 minutes walk from Cardiff town centre and 15 minutes from the bay. The staff were all friendly, the hotel was nice and clean and the self service breakfast good. …

Spent a weekend in Cardiff and stayed here for one night. Conveniently located near the city, quay, shops and transport links. Our room was spacious with one of biggest beds we’ve had. Immaculately clean and a lovely bathroom. …

Stayed here overnight as a stop off on a long journey with my husband and 18 month old son. From what I could tell we were the only people with a child and the staff were amazing with him. Really friendly atmosphere and they were so happy to come over and talk to him every time we were in the common area, especially Sakawat who was there when we checked in and the following morning at breakfast/check out. The room was big and clean and the view of the water was lovely. Lots of options for breakfast and staff were constantly replenishing. Definitely would stay again.

One of the most uncomfortable and inconvenient hotels I've ever stayed in!!!I stayed here for work a few nights ago, arriving at about 9:30pm, tired after a very long drive. I get into the car park, which is has more cars in than bays and barely navigable. After finding no spaces I go to exit, intending to find parking elsewhere, but the barrier won't open. I go into reception and a very sweet member of staff moved her car for me so I could use her bay. I had to perform a ten point turn to get into the bay!Despite booking a double room, I find myself shoved into a disabled room with twin beds. I had one of the worst nights sleep imaginable, it felt like I was sleeping on springs. I woke incredibly sore and not in a good place at all for my long day of work ahead.I definitely won't be staying here again and will be advising everyone from my company to do the same!

Possibly the worse night's sleep in any hotel I've ever been in. £143 for 1 night. I expected far better. Was on the 3rd floor the ' double' bed was very small ,pillows useless, the room was boiling and the aircon didn't work, could only open windows 10cm due to safety ( fair enough) . Extremely noisy due to people running the corridors shouting and slamming doors well into the early hours, proceeded by the fire alarms going off twice during the night. After a very disturbing night we went for breakfast only to find nowhere to sit ..... After waiting outside for 10mins we got a table to find only Sausage, egg, and beans left, all other turines were empty and no one came to fill them so we gave up and left. Very very annoyed by the whole experience we went to reception to complain but no one was there either. First and last stay at this hotel for us unfortunately.

A great little hotel handy to Cardiff Bay. I had a comfortable room with a view over the waterway. I received a warm welcome from the staff member on reception. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast.  …

Okay, but couldn't recommend it. Stayin for work and will not stay again here.Breakfast was cold (despite being one of the first there each morning), and it wasn't particularly nice.Charged extra per night for parking.Evening meal was limited and basic re heated stuff no on site prep... and cold.Staff were the really positive thing about this, especially Kiera, who was very helpful.Well done team, but I think you are working within serious cooperate and operational limits. The area is not particularly nice.
