I stayed with my family as we were celebrating a wedding, and the hotel was perfect for us. Check-in was very easy and quick, and everyone at the desk was always friendly and responsive. …

Stayed here with my mum and my 2 babies under 2 years old. We had a ground floor family room which was so handy not having to take the children and pushchair etc upstairs. …

We are a retired couple who stayed for 4 nights, seeing the location as very handy for our day trips around North Wales (we went to Llandudno, Snowdon, Portmeirion, Betws-y-coed, Anglesey etc), with easier parking and access perhaps than in …

Stayed for 3 nights. Very conveniently located between Llandudno and Conwy, just off A55 Expressway. Although our room was close to the Expressway we were not disturbed by any noise. Both towns were very good to visit and there is a lot to see and do in the area. Breakfast was excellent and served in the Brewers Fayre restaurant next door. Staff were particularly pleasant and friendly.

Rooms here are well maintained. Clean bed linen. Rooms are warm, but no air conditioning, just an electric upright fan. Staff are welcoming and always on hand to help with your enquiries. Took advantage of the meal deal offer for the pub attached to the hotel. Good food and beer in this pub. The hotel is well placed for local excursions and a very good central location. In my opinion, the hotel needs an update in the rooms. Needs up to date decoration and usb ports for charging both sides of the bed. General fittings, etc. But I guess that's a premier Inn choice. In all I give this accommodation 8/10Happy with the price, I paid just little things that do need updating to bring this company and hotel in line with other hotel brands around.

Honestly speaking the staff are so welcoming and so friendly they deserve to work in better facilities. The hotel definitely needs a revamp, no air conditioning, i didn’t think it would be this bad especially after using two massive fans the room seemed to get hotter as the night progressed. The small window didn’t help. It wasn’t any less than a sauna. The rooms it self was spacious and beds are so comfortable, if it wasn’t for the heat, it would have been perfect. The pub where we had breakfast also felt really warm, it would be nice to use the outside area to eat breakfast would be so nice. The breakfast had things missing, no hot chocolate or mocha, juices were also warm, Nutella spread for the kids. It’s the little things that make the stay special. Hope this hotel gets a refresh would love to come stay again if it does. Plenty of space to park your car, plenty of seating area outside. You can also up grade your WiFi which I would say is worth it or else the signal isn’t great.
