Very nice hotel. Quite large, but didn't feel overly busy, although there were obviously many people staying. We had a nice large room looking over the front street. Good parking available. We ate in the hotel bar twice, very nice. …

We stayed for 4 nights at the Celtic Royal hotel in Caernarfon with Parry’s coaches. Our room was spacious and the bed was firm, which was to our liking. The walk in shower was great. …

We had an excellent one night stay on a busy Monday night. Early check in was a great start. Bedroom on third floor was comfortable and spacious. Excellent sleep quality. The TV was too small for the room but not really an issue. …

A stunning hotel steeped in local history, that offers luxury and sophistication at a reasonable rate. The rooms are very spacious and clean, with all the amenities you might need on your stay. They are also very quiet with next to no noise pollution from either other rooms or outside. A lovely tea tray was awaiting us on arrival and was replenished regularly. The restaurant is a gorgeous room that is bight and inviting for breakfast, with large windows looking out onto the town. I would suggest having dinner in the bar (it's the same menu), the atmosphere is slightly more relaxed and there is entertainment. All the staff are very friendly and helpful however I would like to highlight Thomas for his level of service with a smile. He is unapologetically himself, providing a very welcomed laugh throughout the service, it was dinner and a show at half the price. This is a fantastic venue and one I'll be sure to visit again.

Room was a little dated but very clean and warm (room temperature could be adjusted at radiator). Good food and reasonable bar prices. Plenty of parking. Staff outstanding. Decent size pool and sauna/steam room.

Impressive, grand looking hotel with a lot of history and an easy 10 minute walk from the castle.Excellent, cheerful and friendly young staff - a real team vibe.Good evening meals with large portions, but cramped breakfast buffet with little other than hot food.Coach parties around most days, but seated separately in the restaurant.Lots of easy parking around the hotel.Large, clean room, but dated decor and tiny TV. Saggy mattress gave me backache.

It's near the centre of town, down the hill from the city walls. It has a car park. It's a nice old building that has been recently renovated in keeping with its history. Our room was comfortable. We ate in the restaurant one night which was good. Breakfast was fine. The spa area is new and very nice.

Just back from staying 2 nights at the Celtic Royal- my partner, his 5 year old son and myself. |Obviously a very historic gem to stay in, with lovely nods to the past all over the walls around reception and in the lounges. …

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel, and I was not disappointed. |All I can say is kudos to nearly everything.||5 star Food|5 star staff|The bed was really comfy. |The only negative,if you can call it a negative was the TV in the room was tiny and the cups for tea and coffee could have been bigger.||
