Had a great night's sleep here on business. The staff at reception were polite and friendly. I was greeted by an Asian gentleman on arrival. He was very busy booking guests in, but still provided great customer service. The room was clean and tidy. The beefeater next door was fantastic for dinner and breakfast. Will be staying again.

We've stayed in a lot of PI's and this one is one of the worse.||Very small rooms, double bed (not king sized as it normal in Premier Inns). …

Cheap but you should spend a little more for better rooms & better service. Tiny room. 1 set of towels for a booking with 2 people. Breakfast was cold.

Staff were very polite & helpful, Location was good with access to transport links - good welcome upon check in & clear directions given - corridors clean , room was good value for money and clean but could do with touch up in some areas, shower & toilet room little tight fit but shower was good. Easy access to onsite pub for food & drinks - vending machine also available - only issue for me was Pillows were a bit flat but it didn't ruin my stay - will stay here again though

I have been in loads of prem ins. This one is dated. But no reflection on the staff. The shower doors leaking flooding the room. Pre paid meals. With the beefeater. Not welcoming every time.Ps the walls in my room has been touched up with the wrong shade room 16. The hall has flood damage to the sealing tiles easily fix with paint. Poor maintenance. Hopefully back to carfilly prem in. Next week

We arrived after a long, slow drive from Cornwall to be greeted by a welcoming smile from the lady at reception. we booked in and made ourselves comfortable in the small, but clean room on the ground floor. We stayed for three nights, breakfast and dinner in the Beefeater. Everything was good.

After a very difficult drive in pouring rain, it was a great relief to find a welcoming smile waiting for us at this Premier Inn when we finally arrived after 9pm. Carl helped us check in quickly, gave us extra towels and even printed out for us directions for parking in the centre of Cardiff the next day.

Arrived to the most foul smell in reception and in the corridor to the rooms, absolutely disgusting. My room is so dated the paint is peeling off the walls. Honestly, this place is absolutely terrible. Someone has literally sprayed juice or something all over the walls and it’s not been sorted!!
