The hotel and rooms are fine but a little dated, the breakfast was a not the best but by no means the worst I have had. The also have a strange set-up with the food laid out as self service but gets plates. As they did not appear that busy they should have made from scratch or let you plate yourself.

Stayed here this week from bank holiday Monday-Thursday (August) and stayed with my husband and 2 little girls.. we greeted at the reception by 2 lovely ladies, who gave us a warm welcome.. after driving up through a very picturesque view of the tower and beautiful grounds, and plenty of free parking..We were given a spacious superior double room which was more than adequate for us. The only downside the beds could be slightly bigger for 2 adults, but it didn’t hinder our stay, (this was explained on booking) but it worked for us and our children. The spa is lovely too, but it could have a shower facilities inside the pool area as some people were just going from pool to sauna to steam room without showering between, which can cause spread of bugs/bacteria, there could also be a water machine around pool side too, to help hydrate coming out of the steam/ sauna area, the nearest water station I noticed is in the gym. There could be someone manning the floor in the pool area and changing rooms as there were pockets of water that unfortunately my daughters fell over a few times. The restaurant offers great tasty food with excellent portion sizes.. very good value for money ..The breakfast is exceptional very tasty served to you from the selection from continental and traditional breakfast..which includes a various egg option also vegan and vegetarian options are also available.I feel that the breakfast served to you is a good idea as it reduces waste and spread of bacteria of people who double dip or touch food then change their minds, also reduces keeping hot containers open causing food to go cold. The breakfast staff (apart from one female who didn’t crack a smile, this was on our last day luckily)!! The dinner staff were friendly and polite also..The hotel is in a very good location, close enough to surrounding shops, beaches, city centre and M4.Overall we had an amazing 3 nights here .. we met some really nice people that we will definitely keep in touch with..And finally we will 💯 return next summer.

Just back from a five night stay, the place was lovely and clean, our room overlooked the tower, which looked beautiful lit up in the night. Furniture in the room was a little dated, however was very clean and comfy. …

I booked a spa experience for myself and my daughter for her birthday. To be honest, it wasnt my first choice, but the only place available at such short notice. The staff at the spa were very profesional and the pool was lovely. …

Stayed one night for a wedding at the end of August. The room was lovely, can’t fault how comfortable the mattress was after a night of partying. …

The first of many problems was that our key card didn't work, took us going to reception twice for it to get sorted. ||Rooms are okay, big beds but TV was tiny and wifi was awful, disconnected every 5 minutes. …

My partner and I had the evening escape package. Great value for money.Everything was wonderful; the staff, the spa and treatments, 2 course evening meal and a welsh brekky had an amazing time. The room itself was lovely, clean, tidy and cosy. The let down unfortunately was the mattress we could both feel what we think were springs, and the shower flow was very poor, and it wasn't draining so we ended standing in a pool of water. Oh and we couldn't connect our netflix to the TV but that's not relevant! LolI would highly recommend a getaway here. We are booking again very soon.Thank you all at the Towers Hotel & Spa see you soon x

Nice hotel, great view of the tower however disappointed with the room, especially the bathroom.Big spacious room with good facilities, could do with some coat hooks.Cleanliness was not good and a let down especially considering we paid £140 per night. The room had cobwebs and dead insects and the bathroom was dirty, mould around bath and the shower head was disgusting - deep clean needed. The staff were all friendly and the best part was the breakfast - delicious.
