I booked a last minute room here mid-week for a bargain price. I was arriving late on a train from London. The hotel is well located - just a short walk from the station. …

Very close to the Swansea Train Station about 15 minutes walk. We booked in for a 7 day stay & it was very affordable. Reception was very friendly & helpful but unfortunately housekeeping was a disappointment. …

Very good location close to shops, bars and restaurants on a well presented street. Off road parking in a secure garage is available but not free. Price for parking is reasonable, however (You'll be looking at around £14 per 24 hours). Booked a double room for 2 nights. Staff very friendly, and building well maintained, clean and consistent. Room (which I am currently in writing this) meets all my needs for a budget hotel room, and the facilities provided are clean and clearly looked after. Tea, coffee and kettle provided, as well as hairdryer and basic soaps/shower gel. TV is decent quality and does the job great. Freeview working without issue. WiFi took a bit of fiddling to get connected to, but that may just be an issue with my laptop as it's a bit on the old side. Once connected, the free WiFi option is more than sufficient for one person watching YouTube at standard quality and basic browsing. Would recommend getting the premium option if you plan on playing games or streaming HD content, or will have more than one person in your room, though. At £5 a night, the price is reasonable. Am yet to try the breakfast, but had a look at the eating area, and it looks very pleasant and cleaned. Food and drinks (soft and alcoholic) are available for delivery to your room, too, and the prices seem decent for what you're getting (aside from the wine, but I don't drink anyway, and you always pay a premium for wine in a hotel). £13 for a burger and fries or a personal size pizza isn't unreasonable, and if you want something a bit more fancy, there are a selection of restaurants right outside the entrance to the hotel. Rooms air conditioned and well ventilated, and little to no noise leakage from other rooms. Plenty of outlets and USB charging ports next to the beds to charge your electronics. Only thing I would add would be a chiller or mini-fridge, but that's only included in the premium rooms, which is fair. Overall, at around £250 for a Friday and Saturday stay, I am very pleased with what I got for the money and would certainly stay again in future.

Ideal location in the centre, 5 minutes walk from the arena. Although nightlife was buzzing due to being near the pubs & clubs, rooms were soundproof. Staff & rooms were excellent & who doesn't love a premier inn breakfast??

Great rooms, central location but not too busy or noisy. Staff are friendly and food is good. Rooms are always clean. Phone signal can be a bit rubbish at times in some of the rooms but free WiFi is provided. Lots of shops and resturaunts nearby.

My room was next to air conditioning units directly outside the room window and was loud all night so impossible to sleep. I mentioned this at reception and asked for another room but they refused to move me event though otther rooms hadn't been occupied and said the noise would stop at 22.00. It didn't.

Perfect location for a quick city trip to cram in all the fun stuff with my little boy! LC2, Ninja Warriors, Plantasia, cinema and eateries were all within walking distance. Breakfast staff were brilliant and kept a positive approach despite the rush of guests, well done and thank you 😊.
