A very nice place to stay. A lovely area, very quiet and pleasant. A great sea view from the hotel.- The room was a bit dated, but lovely and spacious! ... a little bit too cold due to cracks around the window. Small bathroom space, but everything supplied within (Towels, Shampoo, etc).- Bedding was clean, tea& coffee supplied, hairdryer, and wardrobe available.- A slight smelling from piping within the bathroom, but bearable.- Not much space on parking availability.Staff are very helpful.

Recently visited with my husband, cousin and our dog. Found the hotel ideally situated warm and comfortable. The breakfasts were substantial and well cooked. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. Added bonus being dog friendly she enjoyed her morning sausage. Would stay here again. Thank you.

My family and I stayed here for a last minute change for scenery. The bedrooms are warm with clean bedding and comfy beds. The rooms have a well stocked tea/coffee tray and plenty of clean white towels. …

The hotel was in good location. The reception area, bar & restaurant have been refurbished. We stayed in double room on 3rd floor which was clean with a comfortable bed but the room was in need of an up-date & decor was shabby. …

Traditional Georgian/Victorian seaside hotel on the promenade. Friendly staff willing to help. Clean rooms. Possibly benefit from updating decor but more than adequate for a short holiday. Breakfast very good and the bar is very reasonably priced. The lift was an excellent addition as I was with my elderly mother. I'd definitely stay here again

The Queens is a reallly nice looking building situated on Llandudno sea front. We managed to get a parking space right outside and check in was a breeze. The interior was a bit dated and we had no shower in the room, just a bath. …

Had a lovely stay. Room was clean and had all that was needed. Hotel full of charm and character. It was lovely to actually be served all of breakfast at the table rather than getting some of it yourself, added to the charm of the hotel. All staff were polite and helpful.
