A homely place to stay. As stated by other reviewers the decor is dated but this did not detract from it being a house full of character and a lovely warm welcoming. Cyclists can lock their bikes in the rear garden. Breakfast was great and included fresh fruit.

Two nights stay made our visit to friends celebrations even more enjoyable. Would stay again if visiting Dunbar. EXCELLENT.||The breakfast was very good and the hotel has NHS awards for its menu.||The location is quiet, peaceful and close to the Town.

Very competently run b&b. Excellent breakfast and in room tea and coffee making facilities. Has off road parking and is easy to access. Rooms do not have en suite facilities but for us that's not a big deal.Would recommend and revisit.

A very grand building with generously proportioned rooms, ceilings and staircase. Sandra is an excellent host, and provided good advice on where to eat. There is a residents lounge - not often one finds that nowadays.

We had a great time last year, loved the rooms, perfect athmosphere and very nice + friendly host. We would love to come again anytime and I totally recommend it. If you visit Dunbar Springfield Guest House is the best adress to take a room. :) <3

My 1 night stay on 22/6/22 was an Absolute pleasure ,||||Spotlessly clean & quiet ,comfortable bed ,wonderful helpful owner,excellent breakfast ,great shower, great value for money .||||It’s Minutes waking distance to the Main Street in Dunbar with a large co-op before approaching Dunbar high street .||||Ian||Edinburgh :-)
