it was one room, in extremely poor condotion, with one bathroom.5 beds, but 2 cups and 2 glasses.cutlery, but no plates.floor was dirty, white towels had red stains (blood? would you use them?).curtains and shades were broken.the only new thing in the room was the lock, which was bright and shiny, although cheap production.location is good though, 15min walk to the centre.

Rooms are dark, the bed sheets don't fit the bed, washrooms are dirty, location is about 20-30 walk from most things, no parking.

The booking and communication with the staff was good.Check in was easy. However, the service was inferior. Not everyone was promised towels. Does not heat water. The toilet paper was almost out. The dishes in the kitchen had not been washed, and there was no possibility of a sink. In the kitchen drawers, mouse excrement and animals run between the walls at night. The foot end of the sofa bed was lower than the top end, so a painful night.Against this background, the place is overpriced and the accommodation experience is unpleasant.

Great value for money for Edinburgh. The managers of the place will do everything with you via messages, but everything is done well...
