Everything was perfect. Room was very spacious, modern, bed comfortable. Bathroom again really spacious both shower and bath, enough shelf space for your cosmetics. Reception and spa staff very nice and informative. Great saunas and swimming pool. I had a massage and facial with Felimena and she was just great! positive attitude, very gentle. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

A perfect location when in Edinburgh, very close to the train station and city center, but way better accessible with the car than staying in the heart of Old town (or Royal Mile).Pros: Room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed and very quiet.Cons: Service quiet slow and the hotel is constantly full. It takes a while to check in/get your room etc.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Good location. Disaster check-in and checking-out. Renovating lobby and front desk. Had to walk though restaurant to get to elevators. Staff was poorly trained on the processes for dealing with disruption. Delays in check-in and check-out. Noisy construction.

The location of the hotel is ideal for the new town and is very close to Waverley station. The hotel has lovely rooms and a nice reception area with a small bar. The breakfast/dining area looked nice but we did not use this. …

Pros: Perfect place to stay, very close to the centre of Edinburgh. Nice size room and ensuite toilet/shower area. It was nice using the sauna & steam room and the small pool daily, which was included in our booking. VERY comfy bed! Staff were very accommodating too.Cons: Upon arriving in the room, a window blind was broken and had to be held in place while my wife got changed, otherwise it roll up and show the full view of the room. There were stains on the decorative blanket and 2 pillows. There was only 1 lift in use throughout our stay... Which is inconvenient when your staying on the 10th floor.Informed staff on checking out, and they were happy to receive the feedback and said they would act accordingly.

The hotel itself isn’t bad but the noise outside starts very early. The beds are like sleeping on the floor and the pillows (down or fill) are so flat they might as well be nonexistent. The breakfast included is only just alright, I would recommend getting breakfast elsewhere. Gum wasn’t open during your stay and the steam/saunas are co-Ed. The bathrooms in the rooms are the only place that truly redeems this place. This hotel is not worth the money.

Nice hotel in a good location, room was ready a little late but got a free drink in the bar to compensate. Room as expected and clean, breakfast was very good. Nice stay if only for 1 night
