We stayed in an accessible room with a FT wheelchair user, can transfer. Lovely big room and great wet room. Best accessible hotel room we have stayed in. There is a ramp which is quite steep and was ok for us, but maybe difficult if heavier and needed pushing also. A platform lift which looked like there used to be would the improvement which is needed. Really liked the brand and leisurely vibe too.

A very mixed experience. |The good. The room is clean and very modern with a minimalist aesthetic. It has everything needed, including a decent bed, modern lighting system and modern decent plumbing features.  …

A very modern hotel. Small compact rooms but bright and welcoming. All the latest gizmos and gadgets. Bar area was busy and staff friendly. They had a limited range of light meals available. Parking was quite a distance away particularly carrying heavy suitcases.

Look, this isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel by the definition. It is a good hotel in a nice location and for the price, it is a value option.Pros: It is clean and quiet. The staff was helpful (mostly) and it is located in a walkable neighborhood that has food and shopping. It isn’t as close to some of the attractions as other hotels but it is close enough to walk. And it was easy to catch a cab.Cons: Simple maintenance fixes are needed. An elevator was down the entire week we were there. The refrigerator in our room was broken and the clerk indicated it had been for a while. There isn’t a place to put a rental car that is close - the nearest was St. James Car Park which is half a mile away.

It was a premium queen room with very basic facilities....TV, hot water, queen sized bed.. that's all. No crockery or cutlery provided, dry rack provided in the toilet didn't work, refrigerator wasn't cooling, heating in the room was being controlled centrally. The breakfast buffet is overpriced to me for 16 gbp as there's hardly any variety. Coffee is available free 24 hours but limited choice is available. Pl go for a better room. Overall, an average experience. Location is very good close to Princes Street and a lot of eating joints.

Had a great stay at this Yotel. Had the First Class King room so had plenty of room to spread out. Liked that the sofa bed was already made up when we arrived plus there was extra couch and chair seating also. Free coffee and tea in lobby and got a free £10 bar voucher since we didn't want housekeeping. Only weird quirk was the shower stall opening up into the rest of the room. We made it work but a curtain or room divider would have been helpful. Overall loved the location and staff was helpful.

Hotel is amazing inside and the room was possibly one of the best I’ve stayed in. Had a friendly staff member named Jordan check us in and gave us complementary drinks. Room was state of the art and made for a good point to relax after a long day out. If there was one thing to say was I was never able to contact reception or kitchen whenever I tried to ring from hotel room no answer.

The staff was gracious and helpful at every point of contact except one. Special thanks to Mr. Porter in charge of food services for his help. Location was good. For sites I didn't want to walk to the average cab fair was 8 BPS. Being of a certain age, I would have been more comfortable with a grab bar in the shower and overhead a man complain over breakfast about having fallen in the shower. Also, I would have preferred a restaurant in the evening which served a bit more diverse menu than bar food. Overall value was ok for the price.

Rooms were strange, with no tea or coffee making facilities but free tea and coffee in the bar, but when you are 5 floors up, not great. Could not turn off fan in the room as they were air-tight . The shower and toilet were glass cubicles that stepped out into the room in front of a massive window. The window did have a blind but it was total darkness. The sink was in the room.It was very clean, and the bed was comfortable but very high.

Location is good however the bed in the premium rooms is a electric folding up sofa style and down, the mattress is a futon which is not comfortable to sleep on!For the money and little bit of space it saves when in the up mode I would sooner have a proper bed.
