Perfect little apartment a block from old town where everything is. The room was super comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was super comfy for our tired bodies from 12-14 hours exploring the gorgeous city each day. The little cafe at the front was excellent and always buzzing with people. The staff is super nice and accommodating with our asks. We highly recommend this place and will be back.

We stayed here for our first few nights in Scotland and truly wish that we were here longer. For starters the hotel is in a great location. Everything is entirely so walk able to Edinburgh main attractions as well as restaurants. The staff was entirely helpful and friendly with recommendations as well as trouble shooting the temperature of our room. As a heads up, the studio rooms do not have air conditioning which was an adjustment for us to say the least. However, the staff was helpful in providing us fans to cool down the room. We were also able to drop off our bags and wait for our room to be ready on the day of check-in which was entirely helpful! As a suggestion it would be really nice if staff could reach out to guests who had an early check in if their room is ready before 2pm. We were waiting around to go to our room at 2pm, not knowing that the room was already ready for us. Water pressure was great as well. We hope to be back in the future for a longer stay where we can take full advantage of the multitude of kitchen amenities that were offered.

Overall this place was great. The service was kind, inviting, and very helpful/accommodating. The room felt like a small apartment, with a small kitchen area, dinning, couch and TV, bathroom, and two twin beds. It was nice and cozy. And the cafe in front made it very nice and easy to get breakfast before heading out for the day. The Cafe portion was very trendy and modern.

What a jewel of a place. A great home from home during the festival. Great staff and the eye for detail in the amazing rooms was beyond expectation. Furnishings of a high standard…. Even had our own cocktail making paraphernalia! The cafe downstairs was modern and with a great vibe. Wonderful stay.

What a great little place! The location can't be beat with so much within walking distance. The staff were incredibly friendly. I was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the room. We only stayed for two nights so didn't use much of the kitchen amenities, but if it were a longer stay, it would feel like home.

Beautiful place, very friendly staff. Room was lovely, clean and well equipped. Good shower. Only comment would be it was quite noisy at night due to the location near to bars but they did provide a white noise machine on the bedside table! Lovely cafe downstairs which is also open for drinks in the evening. Would definitely book again.

Eden Locke was beautiful, clean, convenient, and easily accessible for walking within Edinburgh. Many places we wanted to see were easily walkable, great restaurant choices near by within a few blocks. It felt very safe, neighborhood was nice, staff was so kind and polite. Luggage storage was a must for us and that helped ease our travels with arrival times. There is a cafe inside too for cakes, coffee and cocktails. Little details of a fan, noise machine are fantastic and it’s a fully stocked apartment. We highly recommend and would gladly stay again, one tiny complaint we got hot at night but were able to open windows being on an upper floor and the fan helped as well!
