Had a great time at the Kirk for 2 nights, lovely place with stunning views and so tranquil. Chrissy and Steve are so helpful and have done great work on their stunning B&B.The nearest restaurant and bar is a lovely walk of 0.9 of a mile along the stunning coast, I was on a motorbike tour with the lads and the roads and scenery are stunning.Give these hard working hosts a try, Steve does a great breakfast!!!!!

Chrissy and Steve could not have been more welcoming when we arrived. The Kirk is in a wonderful position looking out the sea, lighthouse, forest and surrounded by a wide variety of walks on Arran. We stayed for 5 days and I will definitely go back. Susan from London.

Stayed last July and had a wonderful time. Stunning views! Apparently it's under new ownership and these new owners only take bookings on their own website - not air b n b or anywhere else - so cancellations just can't happen. (I see there's a previous review complaining about this, but that's before the new owners came in.) They live on the premises too. We're booking to stay again this July and can't wait to go back.

I loved my stay at The Kirk. It’s a comfortable and relaxing place with excellent facilities. I never tired of the ever changing views over Pladda Island and Ailsa Craig. I look forward to my next visit and being welcomed by hosts Chrissy and Steve and their friendly dog Bonnie.

Had a fabulous few days here from Monday 29th November to Sunday 5th December. Chrissie and Steve were great hosts, nothing was any bother. Very knowledgable about activities and places of interest on the island. Stunning views from the house and garden. Absolutely brilliant. Will definitely be back 👍

booked in October paid the deposit and looking forward to our visit only to have them cancel in January, seems they get more money from air bnb.Be careful I am one of mant customers that have had their booking cancelled!!

Not even worthy of 1 star..... owner cancelled our booking the day before we were due to go for New Year! No response from telephone calls or text/email. Totally unprofessional. Now found out it’s happened before to others. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOUSE...... UNFORTUNATELY YOU PROBABLY WILL BE LET DOWN!!
