I was relieved to find this room in such a great location in Irvine, by the harbour and a short walk to the industrial estate, and it's also right next to a lovely pub. The room was great and had amenities like hairdryer, ironing board + iron, television etc. I will say that the walls/ceilings are thin so I could hear my neighbours and those upstairs very clearly (which became apparent when they got up at 5 in the morning) but apart from that I was really happy. Thanks!

A lovely self-contained guest house in a fabulous location. Booked this via booking.com after my usual accommodation provider let me down. …

This guest house is in a perfect location. Plenty of places to eat nearby. The Puffer Cafe across the street serves excellent food. The rooms are quite small in this guest house but finished to a high standard. Very clean and everything you need for a couple of days. The entry system can be a bit tricky as it doesn't always work the first few times.

Perfect for a night or two. Whilst my room, 6, was quite compact, what lacked in size was amply repaid in the quality of the room, in the comfort of the bed, excellent hot water and super power shower and the hospitality tray. With plentry of on road parking on the doorstep as well, l can highly recommend.

A cracking place. I really enjoyed my stay here, when I had to return home on family business. The rooms are really well appointed. The bathroom, though small was also really nicely done. Shower was tiny but excellent. Hot powerful jet to wake you up in the morning. It could maybe do with a wee shelf for shower gel/shampoo to sit on. But that’s a pure minor thing. The bed was super comfy. They do the laundry each day but I said this wasn’t necessary for me on a three night stay.Close by are a good few places to get takeaway food. All are recommended. When CV19 restrictions end then there will be pubs and other places to eat too. There is a very large supermarket a few hundred feet away and the property is well connected by bus and rail, even closer than the shops. It’s right on the harbour, next to the Maritime Museum and the beach. And best of all it’s a 2 minute walk from Vanilla Joe’s Ice Cream Parlour. If you need to be in Irvine I can recommend this place. The adjoining Irvine Bay has larger rooms to rent for families etc.
