The person at reception when we checked in on Saturday 24th August could not have cared less. Even if you are dealing with someone else, there are ways to make all guests feel welcome, not an inconvenience. …

Lovely hotel close to train link for town. Quiet considering my room was at the front of the building on the main road. Room was perfect, spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed and bedding. Front of house staff were helpful and informative. Will definitely return.

Had the economy room, tiny but clean and cosy. Comfortable bed and had a good sleep. The hotel is clearly not a 4 star in any way. No bottled water in the room but charging £3.25 at the bar feels like contempt for guests. …

What a Gem of a hotel. I had a very pleasant stay here. The manager and all staff couldn't do enough for their guests. The food and service were exceptional and so well priced and generous portions. The accommodation immaculate. Nothing to fault at all. Strongly recommend this hotel. You will not be disappointed.

Really nice hotel, a place to sleep and relax, surrounded by greenery. Close to amenities and shops, train stations and bus routes to Glasgow central and airport. The window was quite high and it was left open. However it seems like a nice break away for a day or 2. Close to cathcart for shops

Really nice little boutique hotel just outside of the city centre of Glasgow. It was very clean, beds were firm and comfortable, all basic amenities provided. Very professionally run for a small place. Parking available on the street for free. Reminded me of why hotels are usually a better choice when travelling!

Booked the restaurant for our wedding anniversary and planned our whole day around location of no10. First if all were told that they were not serving food outside although it was a lovely day so we were put in the restaurant, just 2 of us on our own, because it was a lovely day the room was really hot and uncomfortable. We sat in an empty room on our own for 25 mins with no sign of any starters arriving. Was not until I went to cancel our order that we got any attention and the starters magically appeared. We were offered to then eat outside and the starters would be free. We declined as we were annoyed by this time and had no idea how long the starters had been sitting. The staff did apologise and did not charge for unfinished drinks

This was the second stay at the hotel. The first stay was perfect. The second time around it wasn't so good. The location of the hotel for my stay is perfect. It is located within a 10 minute walk from family. …

Stay away from this hotel! This is a 2star hotel max. Windows are too high to open so you're essentially sleeping in a sweat box. A super bright green light shines from the front door making it difficult to sleep. No fridge or water options. The world's smallest sink and bathroom. You can hear every little noise throughout the rest of this old drafty building. On top of that they have loud music blaring from their main building. But the worst bit is the reception staff! So pompous, clueless, unfriendly, and just a terrible attitude in general! Absolutely shocking
