The bed was very comfortable and the room clean. There was no noise disturbance, even with the window open, which meant the room stayed cool all night. There was tea/coffee making facilities. Towels were fluffy and soft and plenty of them for both of us.

We chose this hotel due to location (West End) and the fact they have dog friendly rooms. We were pleasantly surprised after reading some of the reviews. The staff were friendly, accommodating and helpful. …

I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Best Western Glasgow Hotel on Sauchiehall Street. The heating system in my room wasn’t working, and to my dismay, there was no in-house maintenance team available to resolve the issue. …

Great for an overnight stay, when attending a gig at the Bandstand.Greeted by a very friendly front of house staff, we were pleasantly informed that we would receive a drinks token that could be redeemed at the hotel bar. Bonus! The twin room was a great size and the beds were comfortable. Huge TV, coffee and tea making facilities and a window that actually opened to allow some fresh air in.The floorboards throughout the hotel are squeaky, so I turned on some white noise and had a great night's sleep.Didn't have breakfast in the morning, so can't comment on that.A good hotel, in a great location for the city centre, Finnieston and the West End. Cheaper than a taxi home for us.

Stayed here a few times over the years and always have a pleasant stay! We hired one of the event rooms over the weekend for my uncles birthday, the food they provided was great! Also stayed over after a few tipples and had a really good sleep, bed was comfortable and clean. Staff are all super friendly. Will stay here every time I need to come into Glasgow for an overnight stay.

It was a lovely hotel near Kelvingrove Park for the concert we attended: comfy beds, super clean, pleasant staff and a great restaurant/bar. We had a standard double room and it was great. Check-in was great and the staff are fab. Congratulations to the new owners (in the last month)

Location is superb especially for the ovo arena. Service was also good however I did have to ask about our breakfast booking and where to go for this which I was expecting some info on arriving. The rooms are basic and quite small but have everything you need for a nights sleep. Extremely clean and lovely high ceilings.Very squeaky floorboards and bed.The bed/mattress was also was very hard and lumpy with a big dip in the middle. Definitely could do with being changed. However for one night it will do.Purely on the uncomfortable bed I wouldn’t stay again.

Countless emails and messages sent before the stay all saying the same thing - bring ID and credit card. Neither were asked for at the hotel.|Reception staff need training to assist customers quickly and efficiently. …

Bathroom in need of attention. Silicon coming out between the tiles. Should be grout. When showering I knocked the shower screen and all the water ran down and soaked the floor. Needing to fit an rubber seal. Room and bed was comfortable. Great location. Bonus having a free drink from bar downside only tenant's lager, prosecco or juice.
