Had a really enjoyable overnight stay in the Mercure hotel to celebrate my sisters birthday. ||I booked under the DBB rate and thought it was really reasonable for the centre of Glasgow. …

Absolutely outstanding service from Rohan! We had a last-minute request to rearrange the entire area due to our beliefs, and Rohan handled it flawlessly. He managed everything quickly and accurately, making sure every detail was taken care of. He was attentive and available whenever we needed anything, going above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. The food was also delicious, which made the experience even better. We’re definitely coming back – highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a warm, accommodating atmosphere!

The service is good and on arrival I was asked if my room was satisfactory. At first glance it was but in reflection the next day I marked it down for a number of reasonsFirst I paid £87 for the night with breakfast and a ten percent discount on an evening meal so temper the review with the priceThe room was clean with a bath / shower and sufficient towels / extra pillows. The problem I had was with the small room and bed very close to the window which looked out over the Main Street and upper floors of shops. With no net curtains you had to close your curtains for any privacy which I found odd.Bed wasn’t too comfortable sleeping but had worse and it’s a personal thing. There is no hair dryer or iron / ironing board in the roomTea and coffee making facilities in the roomTv was ok with digital channelsBreakfast was good varied and acceptable for me - coffee to go available too

We had a corporate Diwali event at the hotel. The location was perfect. The venue was well maintained. Rohan was very helpful and has arranged everything that we needed for the event to run smoothly. The Indian food cooked by Chef Praveen was amazing. Overall, everyone had a great time. I would highly recommend this place for a corporate or family event.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I had a great experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. What stood out the most was the food—thanks to Lepakshi, the dining experience was exceptional.

Hotel was pleasant, clean and staff were friendly. However, double rooms were very small. View from window was terrible (back end of hotel). Shower was warm and powerful. Breakfast was fresh, hot and tasty and plenty to choose from. Rooms could do with power sockets next to bed.

The hotel is very well located, the welcome is great. The room is comfortable, there is everything you need. The breakfasts are worth it, there is both a hot buffet and a continental breakfast side. It was Stacy who welcomed me to the restaurant and she is a gem. She is attentive and makes sure you have a good time.
