We booked the 4 bed en suite room and were over the moon with it. Was not expecting it to be so cute. Very clean, bedding was lovely and cwtchy. A living room and dining area was just perfect. We had a delightful welcome. ||Note- run the shower for a little while, it will get hot in the end!

I was walking the coastal path & booked into here last minute as it was a rainy day. The manager & team were super helpful & friendly & let me check in early which was really appreciated. Stayed in the Farmhouse in a single private room which was perfect for a solo traveler/walker. The place is in a stunning location & has lots of character, just watch your head on the low beams 😉

We've been traveling in Wales for three weeks now and when we're here again we'll book here again. The manager is very friendly and always has a tip no matter what. The hostel is clean and is just perfect on the beach. So beautiful.

We stayed in a landpod as we had the dog with us. It was ideal. Very clean and comfortable and 20yds from the kitchen, toilets, shower. Excellent location for a bit off grid R&R. Plenty of walks with a superb bus service just a short walk away. No need to use the car really. Staff very friendly, in all, a peaceful place to stay. Revisited after 20yrs, hope not to leave it twenty for the next one.

We came back to Pembrokeshire to visit Skomer and see my first Puffins. The setting of the hostel is idyllic, under the rocky hill, and we were welcomed warmly. The coastal path is easily accessible by a path from the hostel and I am sure we will be returning again and again.

Was a bit disappointed by my private room. The picture showed a double bed but it was a bunk bed, with not much space around. It was not very clean with cobwebs and numerous wood lice. The website says "Private rooms typically include a storage cupboard and reading light for each bed, plus a wash hand basin." My room had neither storage cupboard nor sink. Other photos posted on here seem slightly better (2 single story beds, more room) so I guess it is a bit hit and miss.Check in was fine and the kitchen was good, though a bit cramped around the table, would be difficult to get to the cupboards if someone was sitting on that side.Bathroom was decent, apart from the fact the shower head kept coming out and falling on me unless I brought it down low and tilted it up vertically so the water was coming out horizontally.

The best holiday I've ever been on! Met some really nice people two years in a row. You'll like it so much you'll want to move here! Brilliant rooms and one of the most amazing locations in the UK would definitely recommend for friends and family. 🙂

We stayed in a family room in YHA St David's. The room and whole of the hostel was really, really clean (much cleaner than the self catering cottage we had come from the week before!), the volunteers running reception so kind and helpful …
