It's perfect for the Irish Ferry but not much else. Lovely Welsh welcome functional building lacking in any character!! But it's great value!! I paid £27. And a 12 checkout time is brilliant.

Perfect location for arriving on the late night ferry. |We received a warm welcome at reception despite the late hour. |The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The heating was on for us! |Slept very well, quiet room. |Hot shower in the morning that set us up for the day, ready for our onward journey.

Nothing out of place comments to give. I was happy with everything I found out when I was there. I certainly would come again, but the next time I will know exactly where to find the Travelodge. Nice place to visit Pembroke Dock. There were nice stores to go to.

Very dated hotel especially for over £100 a night. Tiles grouted over. Handle of bath and drainage to bath rusty. Altro floor peeling away. Reception was closed when I arrived with no bell or number to call. Car park is of a fair size. Bed comfortable. Room size big as family room. No sockets next to bed or modern usb type. Needs refurbishment badly. Could do with a few more reasonably priced hotels in the area.

Absolutely shocking maintenance continuously knocking at my door at 11:30am even though I have had the sign on my door handle for do not disturb sleep, as I’ve just been on a 12 hour nightshift! Not very happy at all!! No warning or anything either!

Back again for the Valero shut down and what a pleasure to see all the old staff who really do care that we get the best from our stay we have everything we could need for our home for the next 12 weeks close to all shops Llidls asda Tesco and lots of places to eat out ask the staff to recommend you cant go wrong

Do not start here!Upon arrival nobody was at reception, there was a notice board stating (back in a minute) call number for urgent enquiry. We waited approximately 15minuets thinking someone will come to reception, nobody came.. we called the number, a guy answered (he was sat in a room right next to reception desk) he came out straight away. It shocked me, to think why was he not aware there are people waiting at desk… surely he can see cctv.Second problem, family room number 23 - door lock doesn’t work. Everytime we wanted to enter our room the key card would not work, we would have to walk all the way back to reception (no one at desk only that sign) and call that number, then the reception guy would get his tools and come down to let us in the room.Absolutely outrageous, we went out for some food , came back , couldn’t enter room due to the door lock not working, myself and my 2 little children had to sit and wait on the floor in the hallway with our takeaway bags whilst my husband went back to reception to get help, then the reception guy came to sort locks.The day we left, a lady at reception asked if we enjoyed our stay. I said no and explained the reasoning, she apologised and offer compensation….. its been 2 days , we have not received an apology or compensation.

Exactly as expected, only down side was the construction work close by. Not the hotels fault. Everything worked fine, clean towels and bedding. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, recommending several places to eat, all of which were a short walk away.

Definitely in need of a refurbishment.Staff were really lovely and willing to do what the could. Rooms very tatty.I can forgive most things like cracked tiles and corroded bath drains, but torn bed covers!! Absolutely no need for that! Such a shame as the staff were lovely. Just rubbish rooms and far too much money for what they are.
