Value for money wise can’t be beaten, had a long few days at work and booked very last minute as I didn’t want to drive tired, room was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, even arriving at 3am I was greeted in a friendly manner, they even had a toothbrush for me! Simple and easy!

Mandy and Helen are the best reception / customer service ladies of all the Prem Inns I have ever stayed in . Very welcoming, easy with a bit of a joke. …

This is definitely not the best Premier Inn we've stayed in. Not a nice smell in the room which was grotty and in desperate need of redecorating. Stains on the walls, headboard, curtains, ceilng and fly spots on the bathroom ceilng. Métal fixtures in the bathroom were rusting and covered in lime scale. Mug was dirty too. Mold on the ceiling had been painted over badly and carpets need a deep clean. Not what we expected at all. We won't be back.

Excellent location just off the main road with a really good Beefeater restaurant next door. Beefeater had reasonable prices and there was also a garage across the street for any additional snacks or drinks. Very good location and would stay here again.

We've stayed here many times over many years and have always been happy. Without exception we are well looked after and absolutely nothing has been too much trouble.|Many thanks again to Anne and her colleagues for all they do, and Housekeeper Rachel for keeping Archie and Georgie happy.

Stayed here one Friday night en route to the channel tunnel. Big room, big bathroom, plenty of hot water, big comfy bed, clean, reasonably priced and very functional. If you are bothered, you can see the place is a bit worn at the edges and the food is standard fare but the staff... the staff were all exceptional. The restaurant was very busy both times we went but, everyone without exception, from the girl on reception (who was in the bar later), to the guy who saw us to our table (in the evening and the following morning), both our waitresses and even the kitchen staff who we could see from our table, they were all super professional, working their socks off continually and with what seemed to be genuine interest in doing the best possible job. Hats off to them all. I hope their employers realise how brilliant that team is. Bravo!
