Stayed a few times no real issues. Stayed 28 Oct on 3rd floor. Worst night sleep ever. Room stuffy so had window open. Woken about 0230hrs by sound of generator or the like nearby and again by 3 loud banging noises. No hair drier.Still amazed Wi Fi is not free (only 30 min). Good free parking, Costa nearby, as is Aldi if you want sandwich.Having mentioned my initial comments, I would stay again. Dont be put off

The hotel is located on the edge of Burnham-on-Sea in what appears to be an industrial area, so it doesn't have fantastic views. The hotel was modern nice and clean, our room was a nice sized. The hotel is pet friendly, but does not allow pets into the eating area. How ever the front desk were very helpful and provided the names and post codes of several restaurants close by that are dog friendly.

We stayed there paying £20 per night for our dog to stay with us. However when we went down to the bar for food and a drink, there was a sign saying dogs not allowed in the bar / restaurant. …

Just a stop off here during a long trip. Brought the dog, was given a room which hadn’t been cleaned properly. Old Socks under the bed. Was provided a new room by front desk. …

We was told that we would have to wait to order out dinner, even though they told us to come for dinner. The wait was 2 hours as they was cooking for a table of ten who ordered but wasn't at the building, so they refused to serve others until then, such bullshit. My room had stains on the bed sheets and mattress, hairs also. The tables had not been cleaned, absolutely disgusting! The service was shockingly surprising, as there was nobody at reception for some people and the people at reception people was also doing the cooking....

A handy travelodge for when visiting Somerset. Rooms were clean and usual Travelodge standards, value, and facilities. Our room, this time on the ground floor did smell very doggy and my wife who does suffer with allergies to some dogs did find the smell got on her chest but otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts are amazing with unlimited help yourself buffet style full English and continental and fresh fruit and cereals with toast, croissants and juices and good coffee. Great value stay and breakfast. There is a bar and in-house restaurant. We have used this Travelodge on many occasions when visiting family or passing through to the southwest. Parking and blue badge bays on site . Free electric car charging (slow 7w overnight x2 spaces) fast instavolt car chargers x12 right next door next to an Aldi and a Costa . Great location. Just watch you don't get a dog friendly room if your not a dog lover, even though they are clean and presentable and comfortable they can have that lingering smell in the carpets, otherwise 5 stars but maybe lose a star for the smell my wife was allergic to.
