Nice facility but with flaws. Great bungalows right by the pool, but a lot of things need to be reworked. In the bathroom, for example The socket is hanging loosely from the wall, the faucet on the sink is loose and the hand shower is missing from the shower (but the rain shower head is OK). The loungers at the pool could use a new cushion. There is a refrigerator in the room as well as quiet air conditioning, as well as a hammock on the terrace of the bungalow. The location is reasonably quiet, but still only a few meters away from the action (shops, ATM, warungs and restaurants). Here you are not woken up by the call of the muezzin, but by the call of the roosters in the area. If you can live with the shortcomings, definitely a nice place.

We took 2 basic rooms and a superior cabin. The rooms were full of damp, bad smell, dirt, sheets with stains…The bathroom is very shabby. One of the rooms had a broken knob and a crooked sink.Awful.The upper cabin was much more decent although you can't get rid of the humidity and the smell.

A rat in the room, very bad experience.Besides:Lots of mosquitoes.Very bad WiFi.If you put up a do not disturb sign they come into the room anyway. Incredible.

very very unsatisfactory service when checking out, there was no notification that there was an extra charge for late check out, per hour 150k. after a few days of staying, I just saw the ratings and reviews on Google Maps, it turned out that the bad service was widely discussed. 👎but in terms of location it is quite close to the Mandalika circuit, it only takes 5-8 minutes.

Very expensive for what they offer , won’t repeat . No towels, the room was dirty , very noisy, the air conditioning was broke , the staff wasn’t good and honestly they charge me insane price for what I get if you compare other acomodation

Positive points:A beautiful hotel with a magnificent garden and a very beautiful guitar-shaped swimming pool and palm trees aroundLocation of the Hotel in a good area with bar and restaurantClean bedroom bed linenBathroom minimally cleanedThe mattress is comfortableThe negative points:Do not rent the basic room!!!Of course it's not expensive 12€But this room is very ugly and very damaged and smells of humidity (ceiling full of humidity which makes bubbles, moldy wall, bathroom door broken on the handle, broken wooden front door frame and damaged lock , complaints blackened on the floor and plaster of the broken walls, sink faucet not fixed horizontally and the water underneath falls on the floor!It's really not good.Bathroom wall is moldy and blistering)Basic room not to rent if you want a romantic setting!No, you have to rent at least a Deluxe room in a wooden bungalowThere are no deck chairs for the swimming poolThere are only 4 wooden deckchairs and they are damaged, and the foam of the deckchair is torn. This point needs to be renovated.Balance sheet:12€ the room is ugly and needs to be renovated because all the walls are damaged by humidityI think there are other hotels much better for a roomBut if that's not really your problem then it might be interesting if your priority is to enjoy the beautiful swimming pool.For the ugly basic room 12€ and damaged, I do not recommend...Choose the Deluxe room but this costs minimum 30€

Great location. Very close to the main strip. Room was unclean and there were lots of mosquitoes in the room. The conditioner and soap were both empty. The AC was broken so it was very hot. I would not recommend this place.

Horrible experience. We left our motorbike helmet in the reception and they stole it. We’ve been trying to talk with the reception guy and happened many strange things. He was telling us a diferent story every time. A suposed local guy rent our helmet to some customers, but he doesn’t know who is the local guy. Many diferent friends of him came offering helmets for us, everyone telling a different story. We still waiting for our helmet. Also yesterday in another place stole and used our credit card. We are done with this people. Be careful. They will tell you many diferent storys of friends of friends of friends… They just mess with you. The truth is that everybody tries to keep safe his friends because they all know the truth and they hide it from you.

What a picture. Nice hotel, great room with air conditioning and WIFI. Room is located by the pool. Nice balcony in the room. Reception very polite and friendly. We paid €100 for 4 nights. Nothing compared to the other hotels in the region.
