Stayed at this hotel for one night. Overall, the hotel was alright. It was clean and comfortable, but I would say for the price the hotel lacked some pretty basic amenities. Rooms don’t include things such as glasses for water, microwaves and there isn’t a shower. The lack of shower isn’t such a big deal as there is the public onsen bath, but it’s quite small and also doesn’t include some of the basic amenities of many onsens in Japan. Hotel isn’t worth the price in my opinion.

It was my first time using the hotel for 1 night and 2 days without meals, but I was quite surprised that the amenities had to be paid for. The bath is also small with 5 spaces to wash your body (one is where you wash while standing), and depending on the time of day, there may be people waiting in line behind you because there are no seats available while you are washing your body. Yes, it was a little uncomfortable. The customer service of the store staff was very good. There were some inconveniences here and there, such as not being able to watch the TV at all due to poor reception, and the bathroom faucet not opening after you close it.

(I have experience in hundreds of inns and Shiki Club inns in Atami and Kyoto)The manners of the Shiki Club* are somewhat unique and should be recognized in advance. If I had been aware of this, nothing would have happened, and I was able to take full advantage of the hot springs and spend a comfortable time even in the cold.*A cancellation fee will be charged from the moment the reservation is made, even if you accidentally make a mistake in the date and time of your reservation. Not only have labor costs been reduced, but all other expenses have been thoroughly reduced. There are no amenities, the air conditioner is turned off, the toilet seat is extremely cold, and the futons are self-service.

An inn with only 10 rooms...The garden seems to have been created by a gardener from Kyoto...The lobby has a large glass window that allows you to relax and enjoy the view. The room is a Japanese-Western style room with an open feel, and I would definitely use it again.

The sauna seems to be completely unusable. Unfortunately, it can't be helped.I guess it's because there aren't many employees and it's difficult to manage.

①The location is a little difficult to find.We recommend looking at the map as you head along.② Change into slippers at the entrance and go to your room. The room is spacious. You have to bring your own futon, no, there are no sheets...③ Of course, the bathing tax is 150 yen, but I only have cash, and I don't want to carry change, so how can I manage to pay online?④It has a lot of potential, such as the courtyard, scenery, small hot spring, massage chairs, entertainment room (?), etc., but they all have a Showa feel...I think it will become popular if it is renovated at a reasonable cost.⑤ I feel that the company is making efforts, such as charging for amenities, dark hallways to save electricity, and (probably) one-off operations, but it still feels like the Showa era...I save so much electricity that I can't find the keyhole at night. .I wish I could just turn it on since the led is small. .⑥Breakfast was not luxurious, but it was sufficient and delicious.

I arrived late and it was dark, so I had to walk around in circles because it was hard to see the sign.Since I stayed without meals, I gave it a 3 star for the service. The rooms are clean and the cost performance is good.
